Objective: Through the new hemorrhoid forceps in mixed Hemorrhoids, We observe the application of Excision external hemorrhoids plus Suture fixation with internal hemorrhoids in the Treatment of Mixed hemorrhoids and explore a new treatment. randomly into two groups.Take different surgical treatment:Patients in treating group was pushed into Excision external hemorrhoids plus Suture fixation with internal hemorrhoids in Methods: We divided the patients who the surgical operation points to advertise for the Treatment of Mixed hemorrhoids;Patients in control group was pushed into Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy. Observe two groups of patients postoperative bleeding and postoperative pain falling bloated,defecate difficult situation and postoperative 24-hour urine, and the index above index quantification score. Results: Two groups of cases curative effect that no obvious difference and both surgical methods are effective. But afterwards, postoperative local complications and comfort degree of patients in two groups were appraised and compared,there were significant difference between two groups. It was clear better than routine treatment.Conclusion: This method offers a new way for the treatment of Mixed Hemorrhoids.It is significant and applicable.
