Clinical Study Of High-level Suspension Ligation Combined With Excision And Excision For The Treatment Of Stage Ⅲ Mixed Hemorrhoids

Objective: To explore the clinical effect of high-level suspension ligation and external hemorrhoidectomy for the treatment of stage Ⅲ mixed hemorrhoids.Methods: From September 2018 to March 2019,70 patients with stage Ⅲ mixed hemorrhoids who were admitted to the Second Department of Anorectal Section of Hebei Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into control group andtreatment group.The traditional external stripping and internal ligation was used,and thetreatment group adopted high-level suspension ligation combined with external stripping and excision.Observe and compare the treatment efficiency,postoperative pain score,hemorrhage score,anal margin edema score,anal margin skin cell residual score,hospital stay,and complete wound healing time in two groups of patients.Outpatient review and telephone follow-up at 3months after discharge To evaluate the clinical efficacy of high-level suspension ligation combined with excision and excision for the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids in stage Ⅲ.Results: The effective rate of both the treatment group and the control group was 100%.There was no difference between the two groups after discharge from the hospital,but the average length of stay and wound healing time in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),12 Pain H,3 d,7 d,bleeding,anal edge edema,anal edge skin excrescent etc,thetreatment group was better than the control group,there was a significant difference(P<0.05).The Oedema,pain and bleeding were similar in the two groups on the 14 th day after Operation(P>0.05).Conclusion:High hanging ligation combined with external excision is an effective and reasonable method for the treatment of Stage Ⅲ mixed hemorrhoids.The new method is feasible and does not increase the financial burden of patients,it has achieved better therapeutic effect than traditional internal ligation and external stripping.
