The Clinical Research On Treatment Of Open Loop With Minimally Invasive Hemorrhoid Stapler For Syndrome Of Dampness-heat Diffusing Downward Mixed Hemorrhoids

ObjectivesTo research the short-term clinical effect of open loop with minimally invasive hemorrhoid stapler, Tissue-selecting Therapy stapler for the Ⅲ term syndrome of dampness-heat diffusing downward mixed hemorrhoids.MethodsThe research programs is designed in the literature study method. Selecting80inpatients as the observation samples according to diagnostic criteria, inclusion criteria, exclusion criteria. Random distribute the the observation samples into the treatment group (TST) and the control group (PPH). Build up the survey databases for each operation method, to compare the clinical effect for hemorrhoid hemorrhage and prolapse of anus. Futher compare the postoperative conditions of two groups, analysis with the core indications of anal pain, wound bleeding, anal margin of edema, heavy feeling in the anus, urine of the stool, hospital days; and the secondary factors of operation time, intraoperative blood loss. To verify the sample datas, T-test was used on measurement data and the chi-square test was used on count data and P-Value, with statistical software SPSS17.0.ResultAccording to the statistics analysis results, no differences are indicated between TST and PPH in clinical effect for hemorrhoid hemorrhage and prolapse of anus, likewise of postoperative anal pain, heavy feeling in the anus, urine of the stool (P<0.01). However, significant statistically difference was reflected in the operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative anal margin of edema and hospitalization days (P<0.05).Conclusion The TST could achieve a good surgical treatment effect as well as the PPH, on curing mixed hemorrhoids prolapse and bleeding. Moreover, better than the PPH surgical treatment, the TST demonstrate notable advantages in shorter operation time and hospital stay, less blood loss, incidence of edema, not occurring of anal sphincter and sensory dysfunction.Since the curative effect has been thorough demonstrated, the TST should be extensively apply during clinical treatment.
