Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Mixed Hemorrhoids By Suture And Suspension Of Hemorrhoidal Mucosa Combined With Treitz Muscle Preservation

Objective:To observe and evaluate the clinical efficacy of suture and suspension of hemorrhoidal mucosa combined with Treitz muscle preservation in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids,To provide reference and methods for clinical operation in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids.Methods:A total of 64 patients were included according to the diagnostic criteria and the criteria of admission and exclusion,and were divided into treatment group and control group according to the principle of random control,with 32 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with suture ligation and suspension of hemorrhoidal mucosa combined with Treitz muscle preservation,while the control group was treated with external stripping and internal ligation.Observe and compare the general data,operation time,postoperative related indicators,follow-up related indicators,etc.of the two groups of patients,analyze and compare the collected data with SPSS25.0,and finally draw a conclusion.Results:During the research,there were 3 dropped cases,1 dropped case in observation group and 2 dropped cases in control group.A total of 61 actual research cases were involved.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05);The operation time of the treatment group was longer than that of the control group(P<0.05);The treatment group was better than the control group in reducing the severity of postoperative anal bleeding,anal pain,anal edema,anal margin skin residue and anal stenosis(P<0.05);It was better than the control group in shortening the wound healing time(P<0.05);It was better than the control group in maintaining anal continence function(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in postoperative urination and anal distension between the two groups(P > 0.05);The satisfaction score of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Suture and suspension of hemorrhoidal mucosa combined with Treitz muscle preservation and external stripping and internal ligation can effectively treat mixed hemorrhoids.However,the suture and suspension of hemorrhoidal mucosa combined with Treitz muscle preservation can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative anal pain,anal bleeding,edema of anal margin,residual skin wart of anal margin,anal stenosis and anal incontinence,and has short wound healing time and high patient satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical application.
