| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Bushen Bazhen Decoction combined with progesterone in the treatment of luteal insufficiency menstrual disorder(kidney deficiency syndrome),and to provide the basis for clinical treatment.Materials and Methods:This study is based on the clinical investigation of the mentor's outpatient patients from 2017 to 2018.According to the diagnosis of luteal dysfunction menoxenia,the patients with LPD type menoxenia(kidney deficiency syndrome)were carefully differentiated.After communicating with the patients,they voluntarily came to our hospital to see a doctor and agreed to retain the contact mode.A total of 60 patients were followed up regularly.Case collection time:From August 2017 to August 2018,the subjects were randomly grouped into a combined team and a western medicine team.There was no obviously distinction in age and course of disease between the two groups before treatment.The combination group was treated with Bushen Bazhen Decoction combined with progesterone,and the western medicine group was treated with progesterone.After ovulation was monitored by B-mode ultrasonography,the drug was taken for 10 days.The treatment lasted for 3 menstrual cycles for one course of treatment.The symptoms of irregular menstruation,duration of BBT high temperature phase and HPS score,changes of serum P,FSH,LH,PRL,T,and changes of TCM syndromes score before and after the experiment were observed,and adverse reactions were observed.Result:(1)The results showed that the total effective rate of clinical efficacy was evidenly higher than that of the western medicine group,P < 0.05,indicating that Bushen Bazhen Decoction combined with progesterone was effective in the treatment of luteal insufficiency type menstrual disorder(kidney deficiency syndrome),and the combined group was significantly better than the western medicine group.(2)The total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the experimental group was 90.0% and that in the western medicine group was 73.3%.There was a conspicuous difference between those two groups,P < 0.05.It was considered that the combination was superior to the western medicine group in the improvement of TCM syndromes.(3)Comparing the scores of TCM symptoms,before and after treatment,the two groups were compared(P < 0.05),which showed that both groups could alleviate the symptoms of TCM clinical discomfort in different degrees.After the treatment,the TCM symptom score of the combined team was lower than that of that western medicine group,P < 0.05.The difference was significant,suggesting the improvement of TCM clinical discomfort symptoms,and the therapeutic effect of the combined group was better than that of the western medicine group.(4)Days of basal body temperature maintenance: Compared before and after the two groups,P < 0.05(P = 0.000,P = 0.000),the difference was statistically significant,indicating that both groups could increase the duration of BBT high temperature maintenance.After treatment,compared with the western medicine group,P < 0.05(P = 0.000),the difference was statistically significant,indicating that the combined group was better than the western medicine group in increasing the number of days of BBT high temperature time.(5)HPS score of basal body's temperature: After treatment,HPS score of both groups was higher than before,indicating that both groups could improve HPS score of basal body temperature of subjects.There was conspicuous distinction between the two teams,P < 0.05,showing that the joint team was superior than the western medicine team.(6)Comparison of P content in mid-luteal serum: Before and after treatment,the serum progesterone content in the two groups was compared,P < 0.05,indicating that both groups of treatment schemes can increase the serum progesterone value of patients.The comparison between the two groups after the end of the course of treatment,P > 0.05,suggests that there is no significant difference in the efficacy of the two groups in improving progesterone level.(7)Serum FSH,LH and PRL levels before and after treatment in both groups: There was no obviously distinction in serum FSH and LH between the those teams after treatment,P>0.05,indicating that neither Bushen Bazhen Decoction nor progesterone could change serum FSH and LH levels,and PRL levels in both groups decreased significantly after treatment(P < 0.05),and there was obviously distinction between the those teams before and after treatment,P<0.05.It shows that both Bushen Bazhen Decoction and progesterone can reduce the level of PRL in varying degrees.The PRL level in the combined group after treatment was lower than that in the western medicine group(P < 0.05),indicating that the combined group had a better effect on reducing serum PRL than the western medicine group.(8)Recurrence rate in three months after the end of the course of treatment: patients in both groups had recurrence for three months,but the recurrence rate in the western medicine team was higher than that in the joint team(P < 0.05).Here was statistical significance between the two groups,indicating that the recurrence rate of Bushen Bazhen Decoction combined with progesterone in the treatment of irregular menstruation was lower than that in the western medicine group.conclusion:After the course of treatment,both the combined group and the western medicine group could increase the serum progesterone content and supplement the luteal insufficiency,but the combined group was superior to the western medicine group in improving TCM syndromes,adjusting menstrual cycle,patients' basic body temperature and serum PRL,T levels.The treatment scheme and drugs were safe and effective,and no obvious toxic and side effects were observed.The recurrence rate of the combined group was lower than that of the western medicine group,suggesting that the Bushen Bazhen Decoction was effective.Combination of progesterone in the treatment of LPD-type menstrual irregularities is more effective than progesterone alone,and the recurrence rate is low.It has a certain value of clinical guidance. |
