People for their own health and extent of the importance of health and medical issues have become citizens of one of the hot issues of common concern, as our public health care system an important component of public health undertakings and our vigorous development of the major driving - a non-profit hospitals, the competitive pressures faced increase. Docter as an important component of human capital in hospital, their level of organizational commitment and job satisfaction levels will be directly related to its work, enthusiasm, initiative and creativity affect hospital medical services the quality and level, and thus further decided that the social impact of the hospital and the degree of competitiveness. Key doctors for organizational commitment and job satisfaction research, it is beneficial for this particular group to manage the implementation of highly targeted; conducive to promoting the health care system of the function of normal play; is also conducive to a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients to accelerate the completion of and thus obtain better economic and social benefits.Incentives as an important human resource management theory, practice in the management has an important guiding role is to effectively improve the key doctors in Hospital, the level of organizational commitment and job satisfaction level of the ultimate endresult. This paper is aimed at the key doctors on hospital organizational commitment, job satisfaction, status of research and the relationship between the two studies, to identify incentives for doctors in the management of the backbone starting point used.Organizational commitment and job satisfaction studies have found that job satisfaction in the leadership and management, pay and benefits and working conditions on the three dimensions of organizational commitment have a good prediction effect, so we focused on these three dimensions on the hospital doctors argue that incentives for the core of practical measures and recommendations to assist hospital administrators in a targeted manner to improve management, enhance doctors organizational commitment and job satisfaction levels, and to improve the hospital's human resources management.
