Short-term Curative Effect On "Shengyangyishen Decoction" In The Treatment Of Childhood Enuresis Of Kidney Efficiency Syndrome

Childhood enuresis is one of the common diseases in pediatrics. It Influences infantile health of body and mind severely, even forming self-abased, withdrawn character. We can see some study both modern medicine and TCM on childhood enuresis'pathogenesis and therapy. Now modern medicine can't deal with this disease very well, but Traditional Chinese medicine can make good curative effect. The paper sum arise experiential prescription "ShengYangYiShen" of the TCM which treating the Childhood enuresis, observe the effect by the contractive experiment.PurposeAssess the resent effect the experiential prescription "ShengYangYiShen" of the TCM to treating the kidney deficiency Childhood enuresisMethod58 cases of enuresis of kidney deficiency were randomly divided into two groups which are treatment group and reference group respectively. Children of treatment group treated with the "ShengYangYiShen", the Chinese herbal medicinal formulation as follow:decoction is given half an hour after breakfast and supper every day, and the treatment last two weeks. The reference group are treated with suoquan capsule, the Chinese herbal medicinal formulation as follow:3 capsule each time, given after breakfasts lunch and the super everyday. Before therapy, age, sex, course, and etc, the elementary data should be compared, but it is nothing with statistics. That is said the two groups could be compared. During these times, treatment should be stopped. When the patient join the group, they should be treated in the clinic every weed. Detection should be done at the 1th,8th and the 14th and the result should be noted. And then we can assess the treatment effect by standard of the disease treatment effect judgment and the symptom treatment effect judgment.ResultThe frequency of enuresis is obviously reduce, and the main aspect of curative effect and principle symptom such as urine magnitude, limbs- cold, awaken degree tongue moss etc improve obviously. The total effective rate of treatment group is 93.33% and the rate of reference group is 86.67%. there is hardly any obvious difference between results of two groups (P>0.05), the treatment group had better performance in awaken degree, limbs- cold, spirit, week vein and other slight symptoms than reference group, there is significant difference (P<0.05), the performance in enuresis frequency, spirit, tongue moss between two group is hardly any obvious difference(P>0.05).Conclusion1. ShengYangYiShen decoction treatment of enuresis in child can significantly improve their symptoms, signs.2. ShengYangYiShen decoction had better performance in limbs- cold, awaken degree, spirit, week vein than reference group suoquan capsule...
