To understand this disease unified in TCM and to make primary probe on mechanism of TCM therapy on this disease, we have summary the therapeutic experience which belong to the paediatrics of GuangDong TCM hospital And observing the clinical therapeutic effect of ShengQiZhuangYang(SQZY) decoction in treating the disease(NE). In this thesis,the compounded medicine(SQZY) we used is prescribed by pediatric Professor Xu. YouJia. The compounded medicine comprises; We achieved great effect in treating NE,and discovered the decoction possess the effectiveness that can tonification the kidney and invigorate the spleen. Its peculiarity is that promoting lucid yang to clean retained phlegm, warming kidney yang to improve deficient cold body constitution. So the work aiming to objective evaluated the curative effect of the SQZY decoction, consisted of literature overview and clinical study. Objective: To evaluate the curative effects of ShengQiZhuangYang decoction in treating childhood enuresis and search its relation with childhood enuresis' pathogenesis and integral score of both the spleen and the kidney, kidney-yang deficiency syndrome.Methods: 30 childhood enuresis sufferer were bringed into this research. They all accept ShengQiZhuangYang decoction.Result:Through the treatment, according to the《Chinese medicine disease, symptoms and signs diagnosis and the curative effect standard》, cure 6 examples, turn for the better 20 examples, not cured 4 examples, total efficient 86.6%.According to the Chinese medicine diagnosis curative effect standard, ShengQiZhuangYang decoction have definite curative effect on this disease.
