Clinical Observation Of Liuwei Dihuang Decoction Combined With Press-needling In The Treatment Of Infantile Enuresis With Insufficient Kidney Qi Syndrome

Purpose:To observe the clinical efficacy of Liuwei Dihuang Decoction combined with lifting needle in the treatment of pediatric enuresis and kidney deficiency syndrome.Material and method:60 cases of children with enuresis in children who were treated in the pediatric clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2017 to June 2019 were selected.There were 30 cases in the group and 30 cases in the treatment group.The control group received Liuwei Dihuang Decoction plus or minus oral administration.The treatment group was treated with Liuwei Dihuang Decoction plus or minus oral administration.The treatment group was combined with acupuncture points such as Qihai,Guanyuan,and Shenshu(bilateral).The number of enuresis,the depth of sleep,and the child's complexion,urine output,urine color,and mental state,etc.,to observe whether there are adverse reactions such as drug allergy,diarrhea,abdominal pain,etc.,and instruct parents to make a record,4 weeks for 1 course of treatment,2 treatments After the course of treatment,Spss 17.0 software was used to analyze the data,and the efficacy was calculated.All patients were followed up 3 months after the treatment and accurately recorded.Results:1.The total effective rate was 96.67% in The treatment group and 80.00% in The control group.Compared with The two groups,The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(p< 0.05);2.Moreover,the scores of single symptoms and the total scores of symptoms in the two groups decreased,and the difference was statistically significant(p< 0.05);3.After treatment,scores of individual symptoms in the treatment group and the control group were compared,And the scores of symptoms of enuresis degree and sleep degree in the treatment group decreased significantly compared with the control group(p < 0.05);4.After treatment,The total score of the two groups is significantly significant compared with that of the control group,And the difference between the two groups was statisticallysignificant(p < 0.05);5.The enrolled children had no adverse reactions during the two courses of treatment;6.No nocturnal enuresis was observed In the 2 groups of cured children after 3 months of follow-up after treatment.Conclusion:The subject used Liuwei Dihuang Decoction combined with lifting needle to treat enuresis in children with kidney qi deficiency syndrome has obvious effect,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of children?...
