The Clinical Observation Of Gupao Xingshen Decoction In The Treatment Of Infantile Enuresis Of Spleen And Kidney Deficiency Syndrome

Purpose:To observe and evaluate the curative effect of Gupao Xingshen decoction in the treatment of spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome in order to provide new ideas and prescriptions for the treatment of enuresis in children.Methods:From February 2017 to February 2018.100 children with enuresis of deficiency of spleen and kidney who visited the outpatient department of Pediatrics in Jiangsu Province Chinese Medicine Hospital were included in the clinical study.100 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group by SAS software.There were 50 cases in the treatment group that were taken Gupao Xingshen granule.There were also 50 cases in the control group that were taken shrink spring capsule.The two groups were all treated with four weeks as 1 course for 8 weeks.Follow up 8 weeks after stopping the drug and observe the recurrence.It's necessary to record any adverse reactions or events and observe or stop taking the medicine during the treatment.After the treatment,the clinical symptoms,-effective rate and recurrence rate of the two groups before and after treatment were compared by statistical methods to evaluate the curative effect of Gupao Xingshen decoction in the treatment of spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome.Results:The two methods both can improve clinical symptoms,the total effective rate of treatment group was 98.00%,the other was 86.00%;The effect of the treatment group was better than the control group in the frequency of enuresis,the depth of the sleep,the large amount of clear urine,thinning sloppy stool,the aggravation of the enuresis after eating raw or cold food,the fatigue of the spirit,the pale tongue with whitish coating and the late weakness of the pulse,there was a significant difference in the efficacy of the two groups(P<0.05);there was no significant difference between the two groups in anorexia and pale white or yellow complexion(P>0.05);The recurrence rate of the treatment group was 12.00%and the control group was 38.46%after eight weeks of withdrawal,there was a significant difference between the two groups in the recurrence rate(P<0.05).There were no adverse reaction or event in the two groups during the treatment.Conclusion:The clinical curative effect of Gupao Xingshen decoction in the treatment of spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome with enuresis in children was affirmative,it was superior to shrink spring capsule in decreasing the frequency of enuresis,improving the depth of sleep,urine and stool,tongue and pulse.The recurrence rate of Gupao Xingshen decoction is lower.
