Purpose:To observe the clinical efficacy of the Self-made childhood enuresissoup and Desmopressin Acetat on treating childhood nocturnal enureses,andcompared with the simple Desmopressin Acetat group,then assess the clinicaleffect of the treatment group objectively.Methods: selected met the inclusion criteria of the children with enuresis(Heart Kidney Incoordination)with eighty cases,the eighty cases are divided intotwo groups which are treatment group and control group randomly,each group isfourty cases.the children of the treatment group are treated with the Chinesemedicine decoction that Self-made childhood enuresis soup(One dose per day,Shuijianbi,one time every morning and evening) and Desmopressin Acetat(Less thanor equal to eight years old,0.1mg/d, Greater than eight years old,0.2mg/d,oral one hour before going to bed every night),the children of the control groupare treated with the simple Desmopressin Acetat. After the treatment,the twogroups need the curative effect analysis.The results of all the data are neededto analysis by using the statistical software SPSS17.0,then estimate thecurative effect between the treatment group and the control group objectively.Results:After eight weeks treatment in both groups,in the treatment group,15patients were cured,valid19,total effective rate was85.0%;in the controlgroup,8patients were cured,valid15, total effective rate was57.5%. Thecurative effect of the treatment group was obviously better than the controlgroup, the difference was statistically significant.(P<0.05)Conclusion:ThechinesemedicinedecoctionthatSelf-madechildhoodenuresissoup and Desmopressin Acetat in treatment of enuresis in children(Heart KidneyIncoordination), its curative effect are obviously better than the simpleDesmopressin Acetat group.
