Traces Of Kidney Check Formula Particles And Apply The Umbilical Therapy In The Treatment Of Children With Kidney Deficiency Type Nocturia

Background:Nocturnal enuresis (NE),commonly known as "bed-wetting",a common clinical disease in the pediatrics,refers to children’s unconscious urination behavior in the night sleep of the age when they already are able to control the bladders.It often lasts a long period,which not only affects children’s spirit and life,but also brings a lot of inconveniences and distress to the children’s parents,so the effective prevention and treatment of NE is of great significance.Currently,the treatment of NE with Western medicine has some adverse reactions,and it relapses easily after stopping.Behavioral intervention is the main means to treat the disease and there is no obvious effective treatment with no adverse reactions.While in this field,traditional Chinese medicine has certain advantages.Based on the tutor’s long-term clinical experience in the treatment of the children’s enuresis,the author put forward treatment methods of diffusing the lung and replenishing qi to tonify the kidney,developed formula pellet of invigorating kidney for preventing enuresis,which cast a focus on the kidney,and plus diffusing the lung and fortifying the brain drugs in the treatment of NE.By combining the internal and external cure in the treatment,the treatment of NE has a good clinical efficacy.Objective:To observe clinical efficacy and clinical safety in the use of the formula pellet of invigorating kidney for preventing enuresis to cure the NE of children.Methods:Using the inclusion and exclusion criteria,48cases of NE are selected in this study which ranged from August2011to February2013in Dong zhi men Hospital pediatrics,the NE in this the paper is diagnosed as children’s enuresis in Western medicine while NE of kidney qi deficiency in Chinese medicine.The patients are randomly divided in two groups:25patients in the treatment group and23patients in the control group.The treatment group took the formula pellet of invigorating kidney combined with navel application while the control group took the Suoquan pills.A course contains14days and Children of treatment group went through two consecutive courses.During this period, treatment should be stopped if any child deteriorates or allergies.Information concerning the symptom of enuresis,hypo-depth,urination,complexion of children,the tongue coating pulse condition and the results is collected. Information is collected during the course of treatment and the results are assessed.Results:1.Two groups of basic data:The comparison of two groups in sex,age,subfissure and degrees of the disease was statistically indistinguishable(P>0.05).2.Overall curative effect:The total effective rate of the treatment group is96%and the total effective rate of the control group is78.26%.There is statistical difference between the two groups which is of statistical significance(P<0.05). 3.Primary symptoms in enuresis and sleep depth:After treatment,there is no difference in the improvement of enuresis frequency between the two groups,while there is a significant difference in improving hypo-depth which is of statistical significance(p<0.05).4.Relieving symptoms:In the improvement of curing frequency and clearance of urination,lassitude and lack of strength,cold limbs,pale white complexion,abnormal pulse et,there is a significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05), but there is no statistic significant difference in the improvement of abnormal tongue.5.Safety of drugs:During the observing period,only a few patients had clinical symptoms such as redness,pain because of the navel external application,which could disappear by stopping the treatment or by reducing the application time.No symptom of severe viscera damage was observed.Conclusion:1.In the treatment of the NE,compared with Suoquan pill,the formula pellet of invigorating kidney combined with navel external application shows good clinical effect in relieving symptoms such as the total effective,sleep depth,frequency and clearance of urination,lassitude and lack of strength,cold limbs,pale white complexion,abnormal pulse etc,there is statistic significant difference.But there is no statistic significant difference in the improvement of enuresis frequency and abnormal tongue.2.In the treatment of enuresis in children,the formula pellet of invigorating kidney and umbilicus therapy of the treatment group shows good clinical effect in improving associated symptoms,in addition,it can not only improve the cure of children enuresis,but also improve many secondary symptoms and physical conditions of children.3.Only a few patients had clinical symptoms such as redness,pain because of the navel external application during the treatment,the formula pellet of invigorating kidney for preventing enuresis had a good safety and tolerance.
