If we have a correct and thorough understanding of infantile enuresis pathogenesis, it is favorable to have a good command of the advantages and then make them carry forward In traditional Chinese medicine, the understanding of infantile enuresis pathogenesis mainly is "kidney qi deficiency syndrome". Asthenia cold is the best manifestation in kidney qi deficiency syndrome. Ancient and modern people have the same view on it. TCM holds that the kidney qi is growing along with the human growth. So the kidney qi deficiency syndrome is the kidney qi filling Delayed. It is mainly manifested as developmental retardation.In modern medical science, research on pathological mechanism on infantile enuresis has still been continuing,especially in recent years. Compared with regular children, Most of the infantile enuresis children face the delays on nocturnal enuresis disappearing, and it is easy to be induced. (6) The developmental retardation of central nervous system and show in spina bifida occulta (SBO) are the global organism retardation in infantile enuresis.(7) Most researches and reviews are not supported enuresis caused by spina bifida occulta (SBO) for enuresis children companied with spina bifida occulta (SBO). So, the mainly pathology of infantile enuresis are the global organism retardation,not the changes in the certain or part of function.7.2Conclusion:(1) From the perspective of modern medicine, these results show correctly that the TCM understanding of the main pathogenesis of infantile enuresis is kidney qi deficiency syndrome.(2) Combined with modern medical pathology,we can better understand and grasp the pathogenesis of infantile enuresis is kidney qi deficiency syndrome from TCM.7.3Innovative:(1) Combine modern medical pathology systematically on infantile enuresis, to explore the pathogenesis of TCM for infantile enuresis.(2) Discuss systematically about modern medicine pathological of infantile enuresis relationship with developmental retardation.(3) Contribute to grasp the correct diagnosis and treatment of TCM for infantile enuresis in the understanding of the modern medical pathology background.
