| ObjectiveObservation of semplice famciclovir, the fu zheng jie du formular along with famciclovir, the clinical efficacy and safety in treatment of recurrent genital herpes, to explore a more efficacy and reliable, appropriate way to promote the curation of recurrent genital herpes, then explore the mechanism of effectiveness of them.Method60 cases of patients were selected from the First Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine University Of Guang Zhou Dermatology sexually transmitted diseases specialist out-patient, with recurrent genital herpes diagnosis. Patients aged 18-60 years of age ranges,60 patients were randomly divided into the curation group and the control group, The curation group were given the self-made fu zheng jie du formular along with famciclovir, while the control group were given semplice famciclovir. The course of treatment for both group last for 3 months. To the curation group, the fu zheng jie du formular soup, take 150ml evey time, three times a day for three 3 months. To both the curation group and the control group, famciclovir were taken 2 pills every time, three times a day in the first month; 2 pills every time, two times a day in the second month; 2 pills every time, one times a day in the third month, but if the genital herpes recur in any time, famciclovir should be added to 2 pills every time, three times a day, take this dose for five days then go on with the former maintenance dose。after the therapeutic course, both group of patients were demanded to return to visit at least once a month to write down the integral calculus of chinese symptoms, but patients must returm for treatment any time if the herpes recurs. Afte the treatment, observing rindicators below: 1. Compare the healing herpes of patients of both group in 2 weeks (in the 7 days,10days and in 14days)2. Compare the chinese medicine symptoms of both groups after the first month,the second month and the third months and after the 6 months of observation period;3. Compare the Total effectiveness of the two group after the 6 months observation period;4. Compare average recurrence rate of both groups after the 6 months observation period;Results1. Lesions subsidised situation of both groups had no significant difference in the eaarly two weeks (P>0.05). (compaared them in the 7days, the 10days and the14days);2. After lmonth,2months,3months therapy and with 6 months Probationary period, the Chinese medicine syndrome of the two groups were significant differences in points (respectively P<0.05, P<0.01, P<0.01, P<0.05), along with the increase in treatment time, the chinese medicine curation group patients with symptoms gradually has been declining, while the control group patients with symptoms of TCM points resemblant, and after 6 months of Probationary period, TCM symptoms points of the treatment group are on the increase; 3. both group had half year of Probationary period after 3 months course of treatment, the ratio of efficient between the treatment group and control group was 90 percentand 63.3 percent, the efficient rate of the two groups had significant statistical difference(P<0.05); Also there was significant statistical difference (P<0.01) before and after in both groups, the ratio of efficient to both groups4,the relapse ratio of the treatment group and the control group was respectively 34.17 percent,57.14percent, the recurrence rate of the two groups had significant statistical diffference(P<0.05).ConclusionThrough clinical observation of the subject, we can see that the self-made Fuzhengjiedu formular have no significant differences compare to the famciclovir group in there Short term effer (2 weeks), but it has a much more better effective rate after 3months treatment, alao the self-made fuzhengjiedu can relieve ones concomitant symptons, also after the next 6 months observation period we can see that the recurrence rate of curation group was significant lower than the control group...
