[Objective] By using the relative standard operation method of herbal fumigation in hemorrhoid postoperative of clinical application and clinical observation, Objective evaluation of herbal fumigation specifications, so as to improve the clinical curative effect of the traditional herbal fumigation treatment and patient satisfaction. And further promote the use of the traditional herbal fumigation treatment, better service for human health.[Methods] A randomized, controlled by parallel design,60 hemorrhoid postoperative (heat bet type) were randomly divided into experimental group, control group and routine comparison group. Experimental group were fumigated by the relative standard method of the herbal fumigation treatment, the control group were fumigated by traditional herbal methods of fumigation. The conventional control group were fumigated by povidone-iodine solution 1:200. Three groups of postoperative wound with localized pain, edema, hemorrhage, bulge, extravasation conditions and wound healing time as the main observation index, combined with patient self-assessment and inquiry methods of observation, quantitative score on the relevant indicators, and record the corresponding scores. To collect related information to the unified statistical software SPSS 13.0 by statistical analysis.[Result] By statistical analysis, treatment group and control group of patients with localized pain, swelling wound, hemorrhage, drop, drainage, edema and wound healing rate are lower than those of the conventional control group, differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).By statistical analysis, after the first fumigation time of pain disappeared and pain of experimental group compared to control group, the experimental group were lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); The anus disappearance of local edema and edema of the time compared to the experimental group were lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); Two groups new cases of edema postoperatively, difference compared with no statistically significant (P>0.05); The two groups disappeared wound bleeding time compared to the experimental group lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); Two groups of the time of bulge disappeared below the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01); Two groups of wound partial exudate situation compared, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05); Wound healing time compared to the two groups, experimental group lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).By statistical analysis, general clinical efficacy compared two groups, the experimental group was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01); Satisfaction of the two groups were compared, the experimental group was higher significantly (P<0.05).[Conclusion] The relative standard herbal fumigation operating methods clinical curative effect, is better than traditional herbal fumigation methods and povidone-iodine solution 1:200 conventional fumigation method, which group was better than control effect and conventional control group.
