The Incision Length On The Influence Of The Mixed Hemorrhoid Surgery Clinical Curative Effect Of Clinical Studies

Objective:To observe the mixed hemorrhoid outside of drainage surgery incision in the cutting length of postoperative’ wound drainage and postoperative anal edema, pain, the influence of the curative effect and so on, to make the specification of the mixed hemorrhoid surgery drainage incision length.Methods:Choose mixed hemorrhoid patients,30 cases in accordance with operation indications random group and the control group, each group (n=15). Experimental group adopted haemorrhoidectomy incision and drainage yanchanshu treatment research, control group adopts pure hemorrhoid excision for treatment. Respectively on two groups of patients clinical curative effect, postoperative pain, and edge swelling, hematochezia, anus sank bilge feeling, etc.Results:The wound healing time:the experimental group and control group all the 15 patients to heal, experimental group incision healing time was 16.13±2.72 days, the control incision healing time was 18.93±3.13 days; Postoperative pain score:experimental group of 0,4～6,7～10 patients respectively,4,3,1 person, the control group on below 0,3,7～10 patients respectively, 2,3,4, treatment group total score value of 40 points, compared with the control group significantly reduce the total value of 61 points; Postoperative hematochezia score:experimental group and the control group were common in Ⅱ bleeding,12,13 people, respectively, Ⅲ hemorrhage patients, patients with 3 people, the control group, two people group total score value of 43 points, compared with the control group total score value 42 points and there was no significant change; Ⅰ postoperative anal edema scores:the test group, Ⅱ,Ⅲ, Ⅳ anal edema with 8,4,2,1 minute, the control group there were 3,4,6,2 people, treatment group total score value of 26 points, compared with the control group total score 37 points decreased significantly; Postoperative anal belly score:experimental group with 7 degrees, Ⅰ 6 people Ⅱ degrees,2 people Ⅲ degree, the control group Ⅰ 3 people, Ⅱ degrees 5 Ⅲ degrees 6 people,1 Ⅳ degrees, experimental group anal a significant reduction of the belly. Group total score value of 25 points, compared with 35 points and the control group total score value decreased significantly. Experimental group and control group in the incision healing time, postoperative pain score, the anus department fall bilge feeling a grade, anal edema, etc have a statistically significant difference (P<0.05), there was no significant difference in, bloody score curative effect (P> 0.05).Conclusion:After hemorrhoid surgery to extend the length of incision drainage can obviously reduce postoperative and swelling and the anus sank bilge feeling, reduce postoperative pain, is advantageous to the prevention and control of postoperative pain, a margin of edema complications of, don’t increase the treatment, is beneficial to early healing of the wound.
