Anal edema pain is one of the common symptoms of hemorrhoid after operation. Anal edema causes the subsidence of a swelling,aggravating pain,and stimulates the internal anal sphincter to spasm.Conversely,it intensifies anal edema and pain,so as to form the circulation of edema- pain- spasticity-pain-edema.Therefore,alleviation of anal pain is of great significance to promoting wound healing and accelerating comprehensive rehabilitation.On the basis of further study on traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions,according to traditional Chinese medicine theory,experts in our anus-intestines department have developed Shenbaiqudusan for Anal edema pain of hemorrhoid of damp-heat Pouring downward syndrome after operation.The purpose of the study is to investigate the safety and efficacy of Shenbaiqudusan via clinical observation.The first part:literature review1.summarize the traditional Chinese medicine in etiology and pathogenesis,clinical manifestation and treatment of hemorrhoid,and etiology and pathogenesis of hemorrhoid edema pain2:summarize the modern medicine study in etiology and pathogenesis,clinical manifestation and treatment of hemorrhoid,and etiology and pathogenesis of hemorrhoid edema pain3.discuss the treatment of hemorrhoid edema painThe second part:clinical researchSubject:observe the safety and efficacy of Shenbaiqudusan for better clinical expansion Method:The 80 cases received external dissection and internal ligation were randomly divided into two groups:the treatment group(50 cases) and the control group(30 cases),the former was applied fumigation and washing with Shenbaiqudusan,and the latter was given fumigation and washing with Jinxuan hemorrhoid lotion.Compare the clinical symptom score,edema area,visual analogue scale and safety index:blood routine,urine routine,cardiac function,liver function and renal function.Result:After treatment,there is improvement of symptoms in two groups,while the clinical symptom score,edema area,visual analogue scale in treatment group is superior to that in the control group.The safety index in two groups have no significant differenceConclusion:Shenbaiqudusan can obviously relieve anal edema and pain,and the curative effect is better than Jinxuan hemorrhoid lotion,while in the aspect of reducing exudation,there were no significant differences.
