| Objective: The objective of the study was to evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of Zhixikang Lotionâ…¡(ZLâ…¡) in the treatment ofâ… stage internal hemorrhoid, and provide for the clinical application objective basis.Methods: Sixty patients were randomized into two groups, patients in the study group (n=30) received ZLâ…¡sitz bath, while patients in the control group (n=30) received potassium permanganate lotion size bath. All these patients were treated for 10 days (one course) and then the therapeutic efficacy was assessed.Results: Cure was achieved in 13 cases, marked improvement was obtained in 10, improvement was gained in 6,and inefficacy in 1,the general improvement rate was 96.66%(29/30)in the study group; while in the control group the therapeutic outcome was 2,10,12,6 and 80.00%(24/30) respectively. The general improvement rate in the study group was much higher than that in the control group (P<0.01).Conclusions: ZLâ…¡lotion is of more efficacy in the treatment ofâ… stage internal hemorrhoid. |
