Clinical Efficacy Research On Using Relaxing Tendons Washing Decoction To Treat External Humeral Epicondyiitis

ObjectiveThe purpose of the study was to investigate the clinical efficacy of Relaxing tendons Washing Decoction for tr eating external humeral epico ndylitis. With a method of setting up the control group, take a comparation with being treat, in order to get further exploration and promote Relaxing tendons Washing Decoction on treatment of external humeral epicondylitis, and p rovide a clinical evdence.MethodsRandomized controlled trial is designed to investigate the clinical e fficacy. At the period from April2013to March2014, as to diagnostic, inclusi on and exclusion criteria standard150patients with external humeral epi condylitis, who were diagnosed and treated in Zhongshan Hospital of TCM, were des igned into two roup,the treatment group(treated by Relaxing tendons Washing Decoction) and the control group (treated by Anti-inflammatory plaster), there wer e75patients in a group separately. There are69male patients while81female patients, at the age of from16years to74years old.39patients are y ounger than the age of30, between30to50years old, a total of47cas es of patients,50to70a total of50cases patients,14cases are over the age of70years, the longest duration is6years, the shortest durat ion is about2weeks, once received other cases have23cases relapse aft er treatment, the number of cases did not receive any treatment for98ca ses.Experimental group75cases were treated by Relaxing tendons Washing decoction, baptism for30minutes each time,2times a day, each agent i n1day; The control group,75cases of patients using anti-inflammatory plaster topical treatment,1stick each time, once a day. Treatment proce ss and no other drugs, only two consecutive weeks, and records, observati on of patients’ pain, grip strength damage, activity, statistics of curativ e effect.ResultAccording to the test, the study found outside on the humerus condyle inflammatory disease with multiple between30-50years old in the age of patients, the number of cases in which women more than men, in the rig ht elbow of the outside epicondyle of the humerus case more obvious than on the left side of the case, this is in line with the previous clinical reports. Do auxiliary examination we found that the X line part of the ca ses can be found on the outside of the humerus condyle nearby calcified d eposits. And cases in hospital through the high-frequency ultrasound can see some cases within the total extensor tendon can be observed clearly t o the strong echo calcium salt deposition lesions; lesions periosteum dis played as owe light or slightly coarse. The pain in experiment group, gri p strength damage and the decrease of the activity score (8.11±1.08), respectively (8.15±0.85),(80.18±7.65), the control group, respective ly (7.70±1.04),(7.65±0.90),(76.38±8.34), pain, reduced grip damage of strength, score of activity were statistically and significantly (P<0.05);, effective and invalid cases were markedly improved.In a treatm ent group healed, effective, ineffective, respectively had70,0,2,3numbe r of cases, the control group, respectively,57,2,6,10, compare of two g roups efficacy was statistically established (P=0.0422). The two groups before and after treatment the blood, urine, stool routine, liver, kidne y, had no obvious change. Cases in treatment group and control group were not significant drug eruption, After statistics analysis is meaningless, Relaxing tendons Washing Decoction washing treatment less stimulation to the skin, more safe and trusted.ConclusionAccording to the principle of promote the relationship between compos ition and drugs, Relaxing tendons washing decoction has the effect of act ivating blood detumescence, reduce the pain of muscles. Anti-inflammatory plaster has certain anti-inflammatory stabilization effect, but also the clinical commonly used method for the treatment of humerus epicondyle pl ay outside. From this topic research the results of the analysis is not d ifficult to come to the conclusion, Relaxing tendons washing decoction wa sh outside on the treatment of humerus condyle better anti-inflammatory p laster, in patients with clinically significant removal of pain and suffe rings, for traditional Chinese medicine external treatment of humerus con dyle inflammation on external governance provides a clinical basis, rich in treatment of the disease.
