Clinical Study Of Fumigating And Washing With Jiawei Qudu Decoction After Mixed Hemorrhoid Hemorrhoidectomy Operation Of Common Complications

Objective:The purpose of this study is to observe the clinical effect of fumigation and washing of Jiawe Qudu Decoction after mixed hemorrhoid Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy operation of common complications.Methods:The patients selected in this study were mixed hemorrhoids patients of damp heat type who were treated in the anorectal Department of Yun Nan Traditional Chinese medicine hospital from December 2018 to December 2019.They agreed to accept theoperation of mixed hemorrhoid.A total of 84 hospitalized patients entered the group voluntarily and signed the informed consent.They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,42 patients in each group used.The treatment group was treated with fumigating and washing of Jiawei Qudu decoction,and the control group was treated with fumigating and washing powder of jinxuanzhike.The pain,edema,bleeding and the duration of pain relief after defecation of the patients in the two groups were compared by statistical analysis,and the scores were compared at 3,7 and 14 days.At the same time,the incidence rate of edema,edema elimination rate,the time of edema elimination,the wound healing rate 12 days after operation,the difference of clinical effect 12 days after operation and the healing time of wound were compared between the two groups.Result:1.There was no significant difference in sex,age,course of disease and original wound area between the two groups,the p values are greater than 0.05.2.Postoperative day 3,the p values of pain,edema,bleeding were respectively 0.955?0.528 ? 0.132,and all greater than 0.05.the two groups was no statistically significant.relieving pain p=0.045<0.05,the treatment group was better than the control group.3.Postoperative day 7,the p values of pain,edema were respectively 0.389?0.942,and all greater than 0.05.the relieving pain,bleeding were respectively 0.045?0.004,and all less than 0.05 the treatment group was better than the control group.4.Postoperative day 12,the p values of pain,edema and the duration of pain relief were respectively 0.479?0.776?0.629,was significant difference.bleeding p=0.0001,p<0.01,the treatment group was better than the control group.5.The incidence rate of edema was no statistically significant,p=0.807,p > 0.05,The elimination rate of edema in the two groups p=0.042,p<0.05,and the treatment group was better than the control group.The time of edema elimination was significant difference between the two groups,p=0.001,p<0.01.the treatment group was better than the control group.6.The wound healing rate 12 days after operation was statistically significant,p=0.010,p<0.05,and the treatment group was better than the control group.The wound healing time of the two groups was significant difference,p=0.001,p < 0.01.the treatment group was lower than the control group.7.The effective rate of the treatment group was 97.5%,the effective rate of the control group was 95%,The efficiency 12 days after operation of the between the two groups was statistically significant,p=0.037,p < 0.05.and the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion : This study found that Jiawei Qudu decoction and jinxuanzhike XunXi powder can effectively relieve pain,edema,bleeding.and the shorten the pain time of the patient,reduction of edema time,promoting wound healing,and its effect is better than that of jinxuanzhike XunXi powder,and there is no obvious side effect and adverse reaction in the treatment.It is a safe and effective external fumigant,which is worthy of further clinical research and application.
