| Objective:To study on the medication security of YXL Granules.Methods:1.Acute toxicology experiment:YXL Granules were perfuse stomach to mice on maximal concentration and maximal capacity two times daily,and observed for 7 days,compared with the same capacity of distilled water group.2.chronic toxicology experiment:Take distilled water as the control group,extract suspension of YXL Granules was constantly perfuse stomach in 3 groups of rat for 6 months with the dosage as 22.48g,11.24g, 5.62g per kg respectively,corresponding 20,10,5 times as the clinical dosage.Results:1.Acute toxicology experiment showed that MTD(maximal tolerance dose) administration to mice was 179.84g/kg·d-1,about 161.4 times equal to the adult clinical daily dose.2.Chronic toxicology experiment:The appetite, activity and excretion of rats were normal in the term of taking drugs and following observation for 2 weeks.Contrasted with The control group of distilled water,the increase of weight,hematology and blood biochemical parameter,main viscera's modulus,macroscopic observation and microscopic observation had no distinct difference or abnormity.Conclusion:YXL Granules has no distinct toxicity in experimental application.
