| Objective:To study the medication security of Tianma Granules.Methods:Contrasted with distilled water,give the mice Tianma Granules twice a day according to the biggest density and largest volume in succession,equal to 224 doubles as the clinical dosage,and observed for 1 week;contrasted with distilled water,extract suspension of Tianma Granules was constantly perfur stomach in 3 groups of rat for 3 months with the dosage as 21.19g,42.38g,84.75g per kg respectively, corresponding 12.5,25,50 doubles as the clinical dosage.Results:The appetite and activity of mice decreased after each taking drugs and were normal after 2h.The appetite,activity and excretion of mice were normal in the term of following observation for 1 week.The appetite,activity and exretion of rats were normal in the term of taking drugs and following observation for 2 weeks.Contrasted with control group of distilled water,the increase of weight,hematology and blood biochemical parameter,visceras configuration and main modulus had no distinct difference or abnormity.Conclusions:Tianma Granules has no distinct toxicity in clinical application.
