Four Wonderful Carmel Ointment For Long-term Toxicology Experimental Study Of Anorectal Postoperative Analgesia Outside

Object:To lay the foundation for further development of new drug, the article evaluated the safety of Analgesia on the surface of wound which after the rectum and anus operation by using the Simiaojunyi ointment.Method:Anus mucous membrane long-term toxicity test:The one hundred SD Rats are randomly divided into five groups, emptying group, carbomer group, Simiaojunyi ointment soup (1g/kg) 15times clinical dose,average(2g/kg) 30times clinicaldose,larger(4g/kg)60 times clinical dose, once a day,water free.We observe each group of rats,their activities,their meal and dejecta,injecting for three weeks,measuring their weight once a week,adjusting the amount of the injection based on their weight,there was no effect on taking food,body weight,the indexes of hematology and functions of the liver and kidney and so on,as well as the coefficient of the organs.Results:Anus mucous membrane long-term toxicity test:After applied with Simiaojunyi ointment, the rats's diet, urine, activity were normal. The weight, the hemogram and the liver and kidney functions of the experimental rats compared before applied to the body and afterweeks to the control group, no significant difference.Conclusion:Simiaojunyi ointment did not cause long-term toxicity integrity to the rat's anus mucous membrane. Therefore, Simiaojunyi ointment is safety,less toxic traditional Chinese medicine.
