The Clinical Study On The Therapy Of The Jingshukeli Treating The Nerve-Root-Type Cervical Spondylosis

Objcetive: Cervicalspondylosis that the symptoms and signs of they were leaded by the damage of spinal cord, nerve and vascular they were caused by degenerative changed of the cervical disc is the disease. It constantly against the health of the middle-aged and elderly,and the incidence of the nerve-root-type cervicalspondylosis is in highest-level(50%～60%).At present,the traditional Chinese medicine (traction, Chinese medicine, massage, acupuncture) have obvious ascendency in field of the treatment of the nerve-root-type cervical spondylosis. The effect of Chinese medicine is exact, and the side effects is seldom. The traditional Chinese medicine believe that the cause of the nerve-root-type cervicalspondylosis is about Qi stagnation ,blood silt and virtual Shenqi they was leaded by chronic fatigue and attack of the evil influence.Objective of this study is observation about the JingshuKeli treat the nerve-root-type cervicalspondylosis.Methods:30 patients with cervical spondylosis neuiodynia were selected and randomly divided into two groups:treament group with JinshuKeli,traction and massage(30cases) and control group with Ibuprofen Sustained Release Capsules, traction and massage(30cases).The pain degrees(VASmethods) and the symptoms and function were compared before and after treatment to observe the clinical and the security is observed.ResIts:(1)Comparing the clinical effect of two groups,the differences of clinical cure rate and effective rate between two groups were positive, treatment group is superior to control group.treatment group's effective rate is 86.7%. control group's effective rate is 76.7%.(2)Pain scores of two groups were both lower after treatment than prior treatment (P<0.05),but there was a significant difference in the pain scores with post-treatment and pretreatment between two groups (P<0.05),the relief of the pain degree of treatment group is superior to control group.(3) Comparing the clinical effect about the Traditional Chinese Medicine of two groups, the differences of clinical cure rate and effective rate between two groups were positive, treatment group is superior to control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)In effective of the treatment of the nerve-root-type Cervical Spondylosis,both of the JingshuKeli and Ibuprofen Sustained Release Capsules are have effective.(2)The treatment groups's(JingshuKeli) effective is superior than the control group"s(Ibuprofen Sustained Release Capsules).
