Objective: This project was to investigate the efficacy of electric acupuncture plusacupoint injection for patients on cervical spondylosis of the electromyography of F waveand effect, and compared with pure electric acupuncture treatment,as thus for acupuncturetreatment of this disease to provide objective basis, and to optimise treatment plan.Methods:60patients included in the standard of nerve root type of cervicalspondylosis patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.thetreatment group treated with electric acupuncture plus acupoint injection, control grouptake the pure electric acupuncture treatment,6times treatment for a period of treatment, atotal of two period of treatment before and after treatment detecting EMG F wave, quantitative clinical symptoms and signs of scoring and pain VAS score. Results: The effective rate of treatment was96.3%,while the control group was88.46%.The EMG of F wave conduction velocity all increase fast,F wave occurrence rateincreases, all with significant differences(p<0.05),the improved of the treatment group issignificantly higher than the control group(p<0.05).Quantitative clinical symptoms andsigns of scoring is increased and Pain of VAS score is significantly decreased. The degreeof decline in treatment group was obviously higher than that of control group(p<0.05).Conclusion:Studies have shown that both groups of methods can eliminate or relievesymptom, promote patients with damaged nerve repair. And the clinical effect of treatmentgroup is better than the control group. The improvement of the EMG of F wave is betterthan that of pure electric acupuncture therapy.
