Clinical Observation Of Nerve Root Type Cervical Spondylosis Treatment EA Jiaji

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect and mechanism ofacupuncture at Cervical Jiaji treatment of nerve root type of cervicaldisease, and to study the effects of the treatment of EMG in patients withcervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods：Will meet the inclusion criteria of60patients were randomlydivided into treatment group30cases and control group with30cases.The treatment group received acupuncture at Cervical Jiaji andswitch on the G6805-2type electrotherapy instrument, corresponding to aconnected on both sides of positive and negative pole, the rarefactionwave, frequency of2HZ, once daily treatment, each treatment30min,10times for a course of treatment.The control group was given routineacupuncture,30min each time, treatment with the treatment group. Aftertreatment of two courses, and then statistical analysis of symptoms andsigns, pain score, integral electromyography, and two sets of statisticalresults are compared.Results：All indexes in the treatment group were better than the controlgroup, the treatment group and the control group before and aftertreatment of clinical symptoms and signs scores were5.40±0.54and3.46±0.66, by t test, P<0.05, compared with two groups of distinctdifferences between treatment group, can improve the symptoms ofpatients with nerve root type cervical spondylosis;The treatment groupand the control group before and after treatment, pain score differenceswere21.30±4.17and19.57±1.36, by t test, P<0.05, suggesting thatafter treatment of two kinds of different, to ease the pain of treatmentgroup was superior to the control group;Two groups of patients aftertreatment, F wave conduction velocity of median nerve and ulnar wrist tothe spinal cord were all increased, there was significant difference compared with that before treatment (P<0.05); between the two groupscompared, respectively by different methods in the treatment group aftertreatment, the improvement in median nerve and ulnar nerve conductionvelocity of F wave significantly better than the control group (P<0.05),has the difference.Conclusions：EA JIAJI therapy in the treatment of nerve root typecervical spondylosis curative aspects can significantly improve theclinical symptoms, and better than the ordinary acupuncture group; EAJIAJI therapy can relieve the nerve root type cervical spondylosis pain isgood, also have the effect of numbness，and better than the ordinaryacupuncture group; EA JIAJI therapy can increase the conductionvelocity of F wave in patients.
