| Objective:In order to observe the effect On the treatment of Liver and kidney deficiency nerve-root-type Cervical Spondylosis in protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc by "Kang GuZhi ZengSheng wan".Methods:60patients with Liver and kidney deficiency cervical spondylosis neuiodynia were selected and randomly divided into two groups:control group with Celecoxib and Mecobalamin Tablets (30cases) and observation group with Kang GuZhi ZengSheng wan (30cases). Pain degrees(VAS methods) were compared before and after treatment to observe the clinical effect and the security is observed The observatory contents cover the improvement of pain, the improvement of the neck motion range, and the improvement of numbness, serum NO, and so on, reflect objectively therapcutic mechanism.Results:In two groups of protrusion of Liver and kidney deficiency nerve-root-type Cervical Spondylosis, Assessment Scale for Cervical Spondylosis was evaluated and NO level were measured before and after treatment. The effect of the observation group was no better than those in compared group after2weeks treatment(P>0.05), and there were no differences after treatment. Furthermore, after two weeks treatment, the two groups’ the level of NO was lower, all of which were in marked conditions.Conclusion:CuZhi ZengSheng Wan may diffectively relieve Liver and kidney deficiency nerve-root-type Cervical Spondylosis pain and improve accompanied symptoms.It is safe and effective in clinical use. |
