Objective:To observe the He-Ne laser irradiation combined with the clinical efficacy of acupuncture treatment of nerve root type cervical spondylosis (CSR),and provide a basis for optimizing clinical treatment. Methods:This study used a randomized controlled design methodology,CSR120patients were randomly divided into three groups, namely, the treatment group(group+helium-neon laser acupuncture conventional group), treatment group2(simple acupuncture group)and control group(simple laser group). All patients included in the study CSR received standard treatment in hospital, the use of group therapy on the basis of conventional therapy.CSR group therapy for patients subjected to different interventions, and then test the CSR group received three patients before treatment and after treatment for20minutes Rating Scale score and CSR CSR simplify McGill pain scores were asking.CSR asked which simplifies McGill Pain Scale is divided into pain rating index (PRI), the three elements of visual analog pain score (VAS) and the current pain intensity (PPI),as well as to observe the clinical efficacy of different treatments for the amount table affect scores.Results:1.baseline data prior to each group after group therapy comparing its P>0.05, McGill Pain prompt asking each group in the general amount of data(gender, age, duration)as well as20points before treatment and CSR CSR Rating Scale score simplified table scores were not significantly different between the three groups were comparable, suggesting that the treatment groups to receive further testing is necessary.2.through different intervention, between the three groups before and after treatment to improve CSR simplify comparison asked McGill Pain scores were statistically significant between (P<0.05), prompted three different interventions to improve CSR simplify asked McGill pain scores are different.1group for which treatment is reduced to simplify the McGill Pain asked CSR scores most helpful;Between the three groups before treatment and after20minutes CSR Rating Scale score by comparison,P=0.000(P<0.05), according to α=0.05level, can be considered in three different treatment methods for improving CSR Rating Scale score of20points there are differences among the treatment group statistical test(x±s)the difference between the highest,15.14±0.39, indicating that the treatment group to improve CSR Rating scale score20points to help the greatest. Therefore,we can consider that the issue of helium-neon laser irradiation combined with acupuncture to reduce CSR simplify the McGill Pain Scale score and increase asked CSR Rating Scale score of20points compared with the other two methods is good.3.The total efficiency of the three groups by rank sum test comparative analysis of its P=0.001(P<0.05), prompted the three groups had differences in the efficiency of the total, including the treatment of a group, the total effective rate was97.5%,compared with the other groups were higher, fully clinical efficacy of a group described the most significant. Conclusions:In this study, three treatment methods can improve pain and quality of life in patients with CSR,and clinical efficacy of three treatments were different, the clinical efficacy of a therapy group where the most significant, therefore, the subject of the study concluded that He-Ne laser irradiation combined with acupuncture to improve pain and quality of life in patients with CSR has clinical efficacy, and worthy of further promotion of research.
