Astragalus Gui Zhi Wu Wu Decoction For Treatment Of Nerve Root Type Cervical Spondylosis Clinical Studies

Objective:Observed HuangQiGuiZhi Treating cervical spondylosis of nerve root clinical study HuangQiGuiZhi Treating cervical spondylosis of nerve root type mechanism, popularization and application of the prescription and provide scientific basis.Methods: Will meet the inclusion criteria 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group, 30 patients received HuangQiGuiZhi Tang Modified oral symptomatic treatment, each 150ml, 2 times a day, two weeks into a course of treatment; control group of 30 patients received oral treatment Jingfukang particles, each time a packet, 2 times a day, two weeks into a course of treatment. By observing the clinical symptoms and signs of change, statistical analysis of clinical efficacy.Results: (1) in the treatment group, 30 cases, 10 cases were cured, 14 cases were markedly effective in 5 cases, 1 patient, the total effective rate 96.7%; control group of 30 patients, 5 cases were cured, 8 cases were markedly effective in 9 cases, ineffective 8 cases, total effective rate was 73.3%. The overall effect of the treatment group than the control group, indicating the treatment group improved more than the control group clinical symptoms. (2) The two groups were treated with pain intensity VAS scores on self-ratings, the two groups before and after treatment for neck pain, upper limb pain score, neck tenderness scores showed no significant difference (P> 0.05); but the two groups symptoms and signs of the total score and its main associated symptoms (symptoms and signs total score, upper limb numbness, neck) was significant difference between the scores, was statistically significant (p <0.05), efficacy of the treatment group than the control group the main symptom.Conclusions: (1) HuangQiGuiZhi particle soup and neck rehabilitation to improve the nerve root in the cervical area of clinical symptoms and signs, have a better therapeutic effect. (2) the overall effect of treatment group and the main effect associated with symptoms than the control group, the clinical application of safe and effective, its pharmacological mechanism needs further study.
