ObjectivesTo construct Job Burnout Scale for nurses according to framework of Maslach multi-dimensional theory with the cultural context of our country, present medical status and the actual job. And evaluate Job burnout at all levels of hospital nurses of Guangxi, to understand nurse's demography, sociological characteristics, the environments of working condition and the impact to Job Burnout. The expectation according to the findings with proposed interventions of Chinese national conditions to maintain and promotes the physical and mental health of nurses.Methods1 Establishment of a psychological scales in the framework of Maslach multi-dimensional theory and examined its validity and reliability.2 With stratified cluster sampling, the psychological scales were enrolled among different populations by Job Burnout framework Scale for nurses in GX in 2759 nurses.3 Multivariate linear stepwise regression analysis method was used to find the influencing factors of Job Burnout.Results1 The validity analysis scale1.1 Factor analysis: There are 3 factors, extraction emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and reduced personal accomplishment, according to Varimax factor analysis. The rate of cumulative contribution of 3 factors is 65.242% coincidence with assume. The correlation coefficient r=0.644-0.854 in job burnout with each factors.1.2 Correlation analysis: Each factor with subordinate factor has significant correlation r = 0.694-0.860, and p <0.01. And every factors matrix coefficient is less than Cronbachα.1.3 Construct validity: with Maslach exhaustion scale of Zhu Wei et al revision, the professional burnout scale of nurse have correlation,r = 0.709, every factor have statistical significant correlation with coefficient 0.867, 0.673 and 0.652 respectively (p<0.01).2 Reliability analysis2.1 Internal consistency reliability and half-split: Cronbach scale coefficient isα=0.942. 3 factors Cronbachαis 0.906, 0.855 and 0.789, have statistical significant p<0.01, which illustrate the scale of conformity.2.2 Remeasure reliability analysis: Remeasure assessment after 1 month of the two sample survey score has correlation coefficient at 0.706 (P<0.01), and the 3 factors correlation is 0.724, 0.650 and 0.624 respectively (p<0.01).3 Characteristics Analysis of job Burnout of nurses and its influencing factors3.1 The total score of job burnout for 2759 nurses is 33.48±19.87, emotional exhaustion factor scores of average is 2.54±1.46; depersonalization factor scores of average is 1.21±1.11;reduced personal accomplishment factor scores of average is 1.41±1.05.3.2 The total impact on job burnout of nurses associated of educational level, hospital scale, grade and position , working age, department and marital status; emotional exhaustion factor scores impact associated of age, educational level, hospital scale, grade and position, working age, department and marital status; depersonalization factor scores impact associated of educational level, hospital scale, grade and position, department and marital status; and reduced personal accomplishment factor scores impact associated of age, education level, hospital scale, grade and position, working age and department; has statistically difference.4 Multi -liner regression analysis of job burnout impact on nurses and its Influencing factorsAt the level ofα=0.05; the multiple linear stepwise regression analysis model of the variables have shown, department, hospital grade and marital status and educational level associated with total job burnout of nurses as the dependent variable. Hospital grade, marital status, department and working age associated with the total emotional exhaustion factor as the dependent variable. Hospital grade, marital status and educational level associated with the total depersonalization factor as the dependent variable. Hospital grade, educational level and department associated with the total reduced personal accomplishment factor as the dependent variable.Conclusions1 Nurses Job burnout index have good reliability and validity, and can be used as an ideal measure for nurses in economical situation of Guangxi province.2 The average, high and low scores in the three-dimensional nurses Job Burnout are according to the results of reduced personal accomplishment, depersonalization and emotional exhaustion .The results indicated their feelings are concerned with lack of vitality, emotional resource exhaustion and frustration. And they tend to have a negative evaluation themselves, which results their try to avoidance for the requirements of the job or feel protective action.3 Nurses job burnout impact associated with age, educational level, working department, working age, marital status, hospital scale, grade and position. Occupational burnout is a complex phenomenon affected by many variables.4 Univariate factors of total nurses job burnout associated with hospital grade, marital status and educational level. Univaritae factors of emotional exhaustion associated with hospital grade, marital status, position and working age. Univarite factors of depersonalization associated with hospital grade, position and education level. And finally univariate factors of reduced personal accomplishment associated with hospital grade, education level and position.
