ObjectiveTo revision the Chinese version of the Nurse-Nurse Collaboration Scale and test the reliability and validity.By evaluating the nurse-nurse collaboration level in5hospital in Shanxi Province, to explore the feasibility of the scale in Chinese nurses, and provide effective assessment tools to evaluate the collaboration level between ICU nurses. To understand the level of collaboration between ICU nurses and analyze its influencing factors, provide a new way of management perspective and provide support for deep exploration in this area.MethodsThe authorization under the premise of the original author Dr Dougherty, follow the current internationally accepted foreign scale introduction program "translation-reverse translation-cross-cultural adaptation-preliminary experiment",dubbing and revised the NNCS.Adopt the method of cluster sampling,340ICU nurses from five level of first-class comprehensive hospital in taiyuan city, Shanxi Province as the research object. With C-NNCS and self-made general information questionnaire carries on the questionnaire survey. All fingding data obtained through investigation are input SPSS13.0and liser8.7statistical software to exploratory factor analysis.Using Cronbach’s alpha,1/2scale reliability and retest reliability to evaluate the reliability of the scale, content validity and structure validity to test the validity of scale and analyze the influence factors of collaboration between nurse. Results(1) follow the current internationally accepted foreign scale introduction program, finally confirmed the Chinese nurse-nurse collaboration scale is composed of five dimensions of35entries, problem solving six items, communication eight items, autonomy and share eight items, coordination six items, professionalism seven entries.(2) Cronbach’s alpha coefficient of total table is0.928, reliability coefficient of the subscales is0.656-0.869; Split-half reliability of total table is0.953, and Split-half reliability of the subscales is0.689~0.935;Retest reliability is0.830,Showed that C-NNCS has good reliability.Through strict translation,back-translation,cross-cultural adjustment and revision of the senior experts, CVI value of each entry is0.850.9,and the CVI value of total scale is0.875, to ensure the content validity of the Chinese version of the scale. KMO and Bartlett’s test show that suitable for factor analysis(KMO=0.899,x2=6298.536,df=595, P<0.001). Using exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis to exame the structure validity of scale.Using principal component analysis to extract the common factor, and to maximize the variation method of orthogonal rotation.Extracting the characteristic value of1.0or more factors, at the same time factor loading of0.3or higher as a selection criteria, get five common factor analysis, characteristic value were6.07,4.31,3.09,3.03,2.32, and the cumulative variance contribution rate is53.77%, all items are within the scope of their respective dimensions.Confirmatory factor analysis results showed that the X2is2404.31, df550, X2/df a value of4.37, NFI (0.89), NNFI (0.90), CFI (0.91), IFI (0.91) fitting index reach the standard of the goodness of fit, the above results show that good structure validity of the scale.(3) Single factor analysis results show that the factors of overall score are department, personnel situation, age, working age, education, income, professional interest, development and collaboration cognition, difference is statistically significant.Multiple factors analysis results show that the important factors that affect overall scores are age, income, professional interest, departments.Conclusion(1) The C-NNCS shows good reliability and validity, provides effective assessment tools to evaluate the cooperation level between ICU nurses. It provides a new way of management perspective and provides support for deep exploration in this area.(2) age, income, professional interest, development are influence factors of the nurse-nurse collaboration. In practice, managers can be appropriate intervention, according to improve the quality of nursing service.
