For most hospitals,knowing the work attitude of the staff is the essential basic of hospital scientific management;medical services industry in the production inputs and products exports has its uniqueness,the attitude of the staff working at the hospital pla -y a crucial role on developing and enhancing the quality of medical services,on the o -rganizational behavior,the work attitude mainly researches on the organizational co -mmitment.this study hope that through the medical staffs participation and organiz -ational commitment research,knowing health care workers' the idea,the recognition of the hospital,the hospital's organizational climate, the willingness to remain in the hospital's desire to work,to participate in decision-making hospital,hospital manage -ment in order to improve performance and service levels for the development of hos -pital to provide the protection of human resources.This study used survey methods to Yantai,Jining and other places of the 337 doctors and nurses,and used correlation analysis,regression analysis and other statistical methods to explore doctors and nurses' employee participation,orga -nizational climate, perceived organizational support,organizational commitment of the development,revealed the intrinsic link of employee participation,organizational climate,perceived organizational support organizational commitment,especially orga -nizational climate and perceived organizational support play an intermediary role betw -een organizational commitment and employee participation,the research results show that:(1) In the three dimensions of organizational climate,the work independence has a significant positive correlation with three-dimension of organizational commitment;int -erpersonal communication has a significant positive correlation with continuance com -mitment,and significantly negative correlation with normative commitment;organizat -ional management structure showed a positive correlation with three-dimension of org -anizational commitment.Work independence has a very good prediction for affective commitment, interpersonal communication has a very good prediction for the continuce commitment,and management structure and work independence commitment has a goo -d predictive power for normative commitment.(2) There is a significant positive correlation between perceived organizational support and all dimensions of organizational commitment.Perceived organizational support has a very good role in prediction for organizational commitment. (3) There is a significant positive correlation between employee participation and all dimensions of organizational commitment.Information sharing,capacity develop -ment have a good prediction for affective commitment;information sharing,capacity development and identity have a good prediction for continuance commitment;inform -ation sharing and identity have a good prediction for normative commitment;inform -ation sharing and capacity development have a good prediction for organizational commitment.(4) perceived organizational support and organizational climate have a mediating effect between employee participation and organizational commitment.
