| Objective:This study used surface-enhanced auroral desorption ionization - flying time - mass spectrometry (SELDI-TOF-MS) technology, designed to filter out the diagnosis of gastric cancer and post-operative effect of a guiding role in assessing the characteristics of the protein molecular markers.Methods:2006-2007 collection of the Shenyang Military Region General Hospital treated patients with adenocarcinoma of the stomach nine cases, stomach adenocarcinoma patients after nine cases, the gastroscopy confirmed 10 cases of patients with chronic gastritis, for the healthy control group, 10 cases of officers, through the use of SELDI-TOF - MS protein chip technology, comparative analysis of protein fingerprint of each group differences, while a multi-tumor marker protein chip detection system (C-12 detection system) in patients with each group CA19-9, CEA, CA125 expression.Results:By comparison with normal gastric cancer serum serum protein fingerprint MS, found that a total of six kinds of protein expression of a significant difference can be correct and normal gastric cancer group; After gastric cancer serum protein mass spectrometry, the increased expression of the protein expression of decline, the difference was significant; The expression of the decrease was significant difference in the use of SELDI technology, the formation of detection gastric cancer screening model sensitivity of 89.9% and specificity of 93.1%, positive predictive value was 100% results, negative predictive value was 100% results, The diagnosis rate was 92%, are better than conventional tumor markers.Conclusion:SELDI technology in the use of serum could be screened in the rapid diagnosis of gastric cancer-specific protein markers, and after the prognosis of gastric cancer cases and cancer relapse again provide the basis for laboratory diagnosis, SELDI technology in the diagnosis performance is better than conventional tumor markers, And the early cure for cancer may be provided.
