Objective:To investigate the occupational stress lever and job satisfaction of the radioactive workers in Xinjiang,and find influencing factor of occupational stress,and to provide the measures to control occupational stress.Methods:384 radioactive workers were examined with OSI-R and job satisfaction questionnaires.307 radioactive workers were examined by eye examination and dose equivalent.Results:Personal strain and the personal resources were negatively correlated;job satisfaction and personal strain were correlated negatively,both of which correlated positively to the personal resources. Theper-radioactive staff annual dose equivalent were 1.69mSv.a-l.The 95.5 percent of the people of the per-radioactive staff annual dose equivalent in the investigation less than 5mSv.a-1,were only the 25 percent of the limited per-radioactive staff annual dose equivalent 20 mSv.a-1 of the nation.This reflected that the major of radioactive workers under the low dose,and lay in the safety job environment.The cloudiness rate of vitreous body and eye lens were increased with exposure dose.The personal strain about radioactive workers had some main influential factors of,such as physical environment, age,role boundary,radioactive age,responsibility,collaboration and role overload.The main influential factors of the job satisfaction about radioactive workers included role insufficiency,the personal coping resources,role overload,and role insufficiency. Conclusion:Radioactive job is a tense vocation.To the main influential factors of the personal strain about radioactive workers,further regular radioactive,study should be done,which can help to improve their professional competence and enhance the capabilities handling the occupational stress;The results suggested branching out activities of mental health,and getting less tense of the occupational stress;creating good physical and survival environment,raising the job satisfaction;enriching cultural life in their spare time,strengthening physical training,raising the resources to handle the occupational stress,remaining good condition of body and mind,protect the radioactive workers and improve their work ability.
