With the progress of society and the improvement of people’s quality of life, people onthe health level of the increasingly high demand. Nursing work is an important part ofmedical health service. Drop nurses high work pressure may cause the nursing quality, butalso may affect the development of nursing specialty, play and may even affect the wholemedical care system. In recent years, malignant consequence of physician-patient relation isnot harmonious also appears more and more frequently in the nurse group.This paper aims to explore occupation identity relation satisfaction, relation betweendoctors and patients and nurses job burnout, related to reveal the relation between the three,provide some guidance and intervention measures for the future relation between doctor andpatient satisfaction, job burnout of nurses and occupation identity.This research mainlyadopts questionnaire survey, conducted in two hospitals in Jiaozuo, Hebi in nurses. Usingdescriptive analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis, variance analysis and otherstatistical methods for data processing, analyzing and discussing, and obtained the followingresults:(1) Occupation identity doctor-patient relation satisfaction, job burnout and the nurse hassignificant difference in different demographic variables.(2) There was a significant relation between the doctor-patient relation satisfaction, jobburnout and nurses’ occupation identity three.(3) To enhance nurse on the relation between doctor and patient satisfaction level onreducing job burnout, improve occupation identity plays a positive role.According to the above results, the following suggestions on current hospital medicalwork:(1) The nursing staff should communicate with patients, to understand the effect of thepsychological factor, the patience to listen to patients, psychological nursing in clinicalapplication, establishment and patient communication channel through the understanding of the patient’s condition, living conditions, mental state etc.. The doctor-patient relation of goodconstruction on the basis of mutual trust.(2) Managers should stand in the perspective of people-oriented humanized management,account for the interests of their, ensure the reasonable arrangement of time and frequency,and fully guarantee the rest, reduce the working intensity of the nurse. Pay attention to thetraining of nurses on the quality, improve the nurses, nurse health examination regularly, easethe work pressure, job burnout, less criticism, more praise and encouragement, let the nursefeel all the hard work is worth it, some people understand, improve the nurses recognition toown occupation.(3) The hospital should establish a good incentive mechanism, try various devices totake a variety of forms of incentives, give full play to the potential of nurses, enhance thequality of nursing work. In order to improve the doctor-patient relation satisfaction, reducenurses’ job burnout and improve nurse occupation identity.
