Research On The Clinical Effects Of TST Combined With Injection Of Xiaozhiling To Severe Hemorrhoids

Objective : To observe and evaluate the curative effect of TST(Tissue-selecting Therapy stapler)combined with injection of Xiaozhiling,combined with various clinical indicators for analysis,to find more safe and effective clinical approach to combin traditional Chinese and western medicine treatmeny of moderately severe hemorrhoids.Methods:A total of 90 patients with severe hemorrhoids were divided into three groups:one group of 30 patients were treated with TST combined with injection of Xiaozhiling,one group of 30 patients were treated with standard TST,one group of 30 patients were treated with M-M.Follow-up examination3 months,obeerve the curative effect and the complication,evaluate,analysis,statistacal the dates.Result:Compared with the standard TST,TST combined with injection of Xiaozhiling has a significant advantage in anastomtic bleeding incidence but does not have advantage in curative effect,anal pain,uroschesis,anal pendant expansion,anal edema,anal infection,anastomtic stenosis,anal incontinence,intraoperative blood soss,length of stay after operation,hospitalization expenses,operation time.Compared with the M-M,TST combined with injection of Xiaozhiling has a significant advantage in curative effect,anal pain,anastomtic bleeding incidence,anal edema,intraoperative blood soss,length of stay after operation,operation time but does not have advantage in uroschesis,anal pendant expansion,anal infection,anastomtic stenosis,anal incontinenceand hospitalization expenses.Conclusion:Compared with standard TST and M-M,TST combined with injection of Xiaozhiling is more safe and effective treatment for the severe hemorrhoids,this operation method can further decrease the complication of standart TST and M-M.Relatively speaking,this operation method is more safe,simple,spend less time and less length of stay,deserve further research.
