Clinical Study On Treatment Of Anal Pruritus With Chinese Medicine Fumigation

Purpose:Clinical retrospective observational study Professor Tian Zhenguo experience "Wai Li Tang" fumigating and washing treatment of anal pruritus, provides the new mentality for the conservative treatment of anal pruritus.Material and method:From April 10,2014 to November 30,2014,in the outpatient clinic of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Third Affiliated Hospital anus pruritus patients meet the inclusion criteria of 48 cases were included in this study. A retrospective statistical records of demographic data, the general clinical data, a norectal specialist examination data to the patients. Tian Zhenguo fumigation party " Wai Li Tang " fumigation sitz bath,14 days for a course of treatment, so the outpatient records was evaluated score statistics for before and after treatment. Statistical analysis to discuss the influence of demographic data and clinical data of patients on anal pruritus,and the clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment of anal pruritus. And in the third months after treatment were followed up to evaluate the recurrence. All data of this study were analyzed by SPSS19.0 statistical software.Results:1. The study included patients with anal itching, the age is the smallest 17 years old, the biggest 71 years old, the age from 21-30 patients are the most, in 14 cases; the ratio of male to female was 1.4: 1; anal itching caused by unknown reasons are most common, 23 cases accounted for 57.50%; the shortest course was 3 days, the longest course for 3 years, 30 days for a maximum of 12 cases before treatment with topical treatment; most, 29 cases, accounting for 60.42%. 2. The results of the study show: 14 days after treatment the total effective rate was 95.83%, itching alleviation of symptoms(P<0.05), the integral differences were compared before and after treatment(P<0.05) with statistical significance, safety no events during treatment. The follow-up after treatment for third months, itching symptoms of patients improved conditions remain relatively stable, the recurrence rate was 7.41%.Conclusion:Professor Tian Zhenguo experience " Wai Li Tang " fumigating and washing in the treatment of anal pruritus, can alleviate patients with perianal itching, reduce exudation and moist feeling unwell symptom, eliminate the lesions or narrow the scope to repair lesions, reduce the recurrence rate. Has a direct effect, good curative effect, less adverse reaction and easy to be accepted by patients, herbs, and other advantages, easy to be applied in clinic.
