Clinical Observation Of Yangbu Lotion Fumigation Sitz Bath In The Treatment Of Primary Anal Pruritus On Damp-heat Block Types

Objective: To observe and evaluate the clinical efficacy and security of Yangbu lotion fumigation sitz bath in the treatment of primary anal pruritus on damp-heat block types.Methods: The source of this topic is about the group of 59 cases of primary anal pruritus on damp-heat block types from the Department of Anorectal and First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine January to November in 2018.59 patients were randomly divided into treatment group(29 cases)and control group(30 cases each).The treatment group adopted the Yangbu lotion fumigation sitz bath,and the control group took potassium permanganate fumigation sitz bath warm water.The indexes were observed adevaluated,and the clinical effects were determined.Results:(1)The basic data between two groups was equally comparable,and the difference was not statistically significant(p>0.05).(2)In terms of observation indicators,itch degree and skin lesion area of the two groups were decreased after treatment,and the decrease in the treatment group was more significant compared with the control group(P<0.05).The scores of DLQI,AIS and HADS in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P< 0.01).(3)In terms of overall efficacy,both the treatment group and the control group had good effects.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.10%,and the control group was 83.33%(p<0.05),the curative ef-fect was different in the treatment group and control group had statistic significant.Conclusion: Yangbu lotion fumigation sitz bath in the treatment of primary anal pruritus on damp-heat block types is effective,safe,reliable and easy to operate.It is worthy of clinical application.
