Clinical Observation Of Oral Modified Xijiao Dihuang Decoction Combined With Simiao Pawder And Herbal Fumigation In Treating The Children Anaphylactoid Purpura(Damp-heat Syndrome)

Object:Observe the clinical efficacy and safety of oral modified Xijiao Dihuang decoction combined with Simiao pawder and herbal fumigation in the treatment of children with allergic purpura(damp-heat syndrome)to provide reference for the treatment of anaphylactoid purpura in children.Method:In this study,88 children with anaphylactoid purpura intrinsic syndrome in children(87 cases were eventually completed clinical observation)were selected.The children who were treated with oral modified Xijiao Dihuang decoction combined with Simiao pawder and herbal fumigation were included in the treatment group,and those who were selected only for western medicine were included in the control group.Among them,43 cases were treated in the treatment group,42 cases were finally completed,45 cases were in the control group,and all treatments and follow-ups were completed.The control group was given basic western medicine routine treatment and prednisone;the treatment group was given western medicine routine treatment and oral modified Xijiao Dihuang decoction combined with Simiao pawder and herbal fumigation.The two groups were continuously treated for 4 weeks and followed up for 3 months.The TCM syndrome score table was formulated to accurately observe and record the clinical manifestations of the two groups of patients before and after treatment.The data obtained were analyzed by statistical methods.Result:(1)Baseline analysis: Sex 、 age and severity of the two groups of children Comparison,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.Before the two groups were treated,the scores of Main symptoms and secondary symptoms of TCM syndrome were compared,P>0.05,and there was no statistical difference.The significance of learning is comparable between the two groups.(2)Comparison of curative effects: After 4 weeks of treatment,the treatment group cured 40 patients,markedly effect 2 patients,the control group cured 42 patients,and markedly effect 3 patients.The distribution of the efficacy of the two groups was statistically analyzed P>0.05,and the difference was not statistically significant.Before and after the treatment in the treatment group,the scores of main symptoms and secondary symptoms were compared,P<0.05,the same is true for the control group,indicating that the two treatment methods had good curative effect on the main symptoms and secondary symptoms of TCM syndrome.Comparing the two groups after treatment,the main symptoms of TCM,the score of secondary symptoms,and the time of rash retreat were all P>0.05,and the difference was not statistically significant.It indicated that the two treatments had equivalent efficacy in the main symptoms of TCM,the improvement of secondary symptoms,and the time of rash retreat.(3)recurrence rate: During the treatment group,2 cases relapsed,the recurrence rate was 4.8%,and the control group relapsed in 9 cases.The recurrence rate was 20.0%.Statistically,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,indicating that the relapse rate of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group.(4)Safety test: There was no abnormality in safety indicators before and after treatment in the two groups of children.Conclusion:The effects of oral modified Xijiao Dihuang decoction combined with Simiao pawder and herbal fumigation on the treatment of anaphylactoid purpura in children(damp-heat syndrome)are effective.It has obvious advantages in reducing the use rate and recurrence rate of hormones compared with western medicine,and has good safety.
