| Objective: Taking the patients with peripheral nerve injury numbness as the research object,this paper puts forward the method of removing blood stasis and dredging collaterals as the basic pathogenesis,and develops the fumigation and washing prescription of traditional Chinese medicine based on removing blood stasis and dredging collaterals.It evaluates the clinical efficacy of fumigation and washing of traditional Chinese medicine based on removing blood stasis and dredging collaterals in treating numbness and Provides reference for clinical treatment of numbness.Method: Clinical data of 100 patients with peripheral nerve injury numbness were collected,including diabetic peripheral neuropathy numbness,nerve root compression numbness(Lumbar disc herniation and cervical spondylotic radiculopathy),carpal tunnel syndrome numbness.They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 50 people in each group.The control group was treated with 0.5 mg Mecobalamin capsule and 10 mg vitamin B1 tablets three times a day,one tablet each time.The treatment group was treated with fumigation and washing prescription of traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 2 weeks as a course of treatment,and two courses of treatment were observed.By comparing the total curative effect,the degree of numbness,the frequency of numbness attacks,and the improvement of other related symptoms between the two groups,the clinical efficacy of herbal fumigation and washing based on the method of removing blood stasis and dredging collaterals in the treatment of peripheral nerve injury numbness was evaluated.Result:(1)The curative effect of two groups on numbness was compared: the curative rate and total effective rate of the two groups were compared among different courses of treatment,all P < 0.01,and the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group;the two groups were compared between different courses of treatment,all P < 0.01,and the curative effect of the treatment group and the control group were better than that of the treatment group for 4 weeks and 2 weeks.groups improved the degree of numbness: the treatment group and the control group can improve the degree of numbness,compared with the two groups,P < 0.05,the treatment group improved the degree of numbness better than the control group.For different courses of treatment,the improvement of numbness was compared between the two groups,P < 0.05.The two groups had better effect in alleviating numbness by two courses of treatment.(2)Comparison of curative effect before and after treatment of different diseases: Statistical analysis of the program included patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy and numbness caused by nerve root compression.The curative rate and total effective rate of the two groups were all P < 0.01 in different courses of treatment,and the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.The curative effect of the two groups was compared respectively in different courses of treatment,both P < 0.01,and the curative effect of the two groups after four weeks of treatment was better than that after two weeks of treatment.The curative effect analysis of numbness patients caused by carpal tunnel syndrome in the two groups indicated that the recovery rate and total effective rate of the two groups after 4 weeks of treatment were higher than those after 2 weeks,but there was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups after 4 weeks.(3)Two groups improved the degree of numbness: the treatment group and the control group can improve the degree of numbness,compared with the two groups,P < 0.05,the treatment group improved the degree of numbness better than the control group.For different courses of treatment,the improvement of numbness was compared between the two groups,P < 0.05.The two groups had better effect in alleviating numbness by two courses of treatment.(4)Two groups reduce the frequency of numbness attacks: two groups after two weeks of treatment and before treatment,respectively,P < 0.05,indicating that the degree of numbness of patients in two groups after two weeks of treatment is less than before treatment;two groups after four weeks of treatment and two weeks of treatment in the group were compared,respectively,P < 0.05,indicating that the curative effect of the two groups after four weeks of treatment is better than that after two weeks of treatment.The two groups were compared after 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment,all P < 0.01,indicating that the effect of the treatment group on alleviating numbness was better than that of the control group.(5)Two groups improved other sensory abnormalities: 2 weeks after treatment,the two groups improved ant sense of movement P < 0.05,in improving acid,pain,cooling,burning sensation P > 0.05;4 weeks after treatment and before treatment,the two groups were compared within the group,P < 0.05,4 weeks after treatment,in improving acid,pain,cooling,burning sensation and ant sense of movement P < 0.05.The results showed that two weeks after treatment,the treatment group had obvious effect on improving ant sense of movement.After four weeks of treatment,both groups could improve the above-mentioned numbness-related symptoms,but the effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion: Based on the method of removing blood stasis and dredging collaterals,the clinical efficacy of fumigation and washing combined with western medicine in the treatment of peripheral nerve injury numbness is significantly better than that of the control group using western medicine alone,which can reduce the degree of numbness,reduce the frequency of numbness attacks and improve the symptoms related to numbness.And the two groups of numbness treatment after four weeks is better than two weeks after treatment. |
