Observe The Clinical Efficacy Of Old Ankle Injury Treated By Low Temperature Plasma Coblation And Means Of Coblation And Traditional Herbal Fumigation

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of old ankle injury treated by low temperature plasma coblation and means of coblation and traditional herbal fumigation,scientificly analyze of changes of clinical symptoms,signs and others before and after treatment,to provide a scientific basis for clinical standardization of treatment.Methods 68 patients, unilateral old ankle sprains,who meets the inclusion criteria and once treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine Orthopedics from 2015.03.01—2016.03.31, will be randomly divided into treatment group of 34 cases using low temperature plasma coblation and control group of 34 cases by small needle knife treatment.68 cases will be given traditional herbal fumigation at the same time.A course is 15 days and observing its clinical efficacy after two course.To observe whether there is adverse reactions or complications in the treatment and to record the changes of symptoms and signs before and after the treatment in both groups.Results No complications and untoward reactions appeared in the course of treatment.The VAS pain score had decreased significantly before and after the treatment in both of the groups and the pain was alleviated significantly too.34 cases in the group of treatment,8 patients were cured,the cure rate was 23.53%,total effective rate was 97.06%.34 cases in the control group,6 cases were cured,the cure rate was 17.65%,total effective rate was 94.12%. The function evaluation scores of ankle and foot, in the American association of orthopaedic,and the Baird-Jackson rating scores of ankle improved obviously.Signs and symptoms of patients had been eased and the quality of life had been improved.The treatment have achieved significant results than before no matter in the VAS visual analogue scale scores,the effective conditions of treatment, the function evaluation scores of ankle and foot, in the American association of orthopaedic,and the Baird-Jackson rating scores of ankle,the pain degree,function and the athletic ability of ankle.And the efficacy in the low temperature plasma coblation is better than that in the small needle knife group.Conclusion Low temperature plasma coblation can effectively relieve symptoms of old ankle sprains,improving quality of life.It has the high safetywith,small teauma and less side effects,worth clinical promotion.
