These psychological problems and obstacles of autistic children’sparents not only their own health damage, but also affect the education and trainingon the children, thus causing some negative influence to come with sb. infants autismrehabilitation. So pay attention to the psychological problems of parents of autisticchildren, provide professional psychological assistance to its, raise the level of theirmental health, to promote their own health and for the development and rehabilitationof autistic children to provide a good psychological and family environment has apositive role in promoting. In view of this, this study intends to the mental healthstatus of parents of autistic investigation, and according to the anxiety of ubiquitousquestions for professional intervention study, to arouse the social concern about thehealth status of this group, and provide some reference and basis for effectivelysolving the psychological problems it faces. In this study the theory of Rodgers person centered therapy, cognitive therapytheory and new behaviorism as the theory basis, the preliminary design of the autismparents anxiety counseling program, and the program of activities in theimplementation of consisting of a children’s rehabilitation center in Ji’nan city in11autistic parent groups, and selecting the rehabilitation center for autism parents11sex,culture degree rather, the anxiety level as control group. The experimental groupreceived8sessions of group counseling intervention,2hours each time, the controlgroup did not participate in group counseling. According to the tested anxietysymptom Checklist-90(SAS) pretest, posttest scores, contrast, analysis the actualeffect of the experiment, the results of the study show that:Main conclusions of the research:(1) The parents of autistic children anxiety on the whole at a medium level.(2) Group counseling is an effective intervening mode for anxiety of autisticchildren’s parents. For lowering the anxious level of autistic children’s parents, groupcounseling has an instant and continuous counseling effect.(3) This scheme in expanding subjects, strengthen the tracking research, andrefined and revised can be promoted and applied in autistic children’s parents.
