Objective1. To investigate the mental health status of parents of children with cochlear implantation, and to explore the influencing factors of their mental health;2. The parents of children with cochlear implantation were conducted group counseling to explore the influence of this method on the mental health status and quality of life of the parents. MethodsThe convenient sampling was used to select samples from the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University. The demographic questionnaire, SCL-90(Health Symptom Checklist), CD-RISC(Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale),SAS and SDS questionnaire were used to investigate 392 parents of children with cochlear inclusion criteria. SPSS 17.0 was used to analyze the data. The analysis methods mainly used were descriptive analysis, t-test, one-way ANOVA and correlation analysis. In the intervention stage, we chose to study with ear implantation in parents of children with cochlear inclusion criteria as the research object, randomly divided into control group 61 and 61 in the intervention group. The control group was given routine nursing, the intervention group added the counseling group based on routine nursing the object of study. This study used self compiled demographic data questionnaire, through the assessment of patients before and after the intervention of the SCL-90(Health Symptom Checklist), CD-RISC(Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale). SPSS 17.0 was used to analyze the quantitative data. The analysis methods mainly used were two independent samples t-test and paired t-test. Results1. The total score of SCL-90,SAS and SDS of the parents of children with cochlear implantation higher than domestic norm.2. Parents of children with cochlear implantation SCL-90 score as the dependent variable, general information, parents of children with self-efficacy, social support score as independent variables, multiple linear regression analysis results showed that in cochlear implantation in parents of children with mental score regression equation the variable degree of culture, age, family residence, social support.3. Before the intervention, the control group and the intervention group on the scores of the SCL-90 and CD-RISC had no significant difference, After group counseling, compared with the control group, the intervention group, the scores of the SCL-90 and CD-RISC were higher than control group and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion1. The main factors affecting the mental health of parents of children with cochlear implantation were educational level, age, family residence and social support.2. On the basis of conventional nursing, group counseling can improve the quality of life of parents of children with cochlear implantation, and improve the poor psychological state.
