Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Vertebral Artery Type Cervical Spondylosis With Phlegm And Blood Stasis Syndrome By

Objective:To evaluate the efficiency of PingXuan Decoction which according to the BanXia BaiZhu TianMa decoction combined with BuYangHuangWu decoction treatment for artery type of cervical spondylosis and discuss its inner mechanism for further study.Methods:Thoosed60standard patients with vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis as the research object, divided half-and-half into treatment group and control group according to the principle of random.Treatment group adopted the flat computer treatment, and control group adopted the neck convalescent treatment, both groups were treated for4weeks, and follow-up for half a year.Observed the improvement of major clinical symptoms, simultaneous phenomenon,signs,function and the changes of hemorheology indexes such as plasma viscosity, blood sedimentation, red blood cells press before and after the treatment of two groups,and the changes and adverse reactions of transcranial doppler (TCD) results before and after the treatment of two groups.Results:1, The total effective rate of treatment group which adopted PingXuan Decoction for treatment was90%, and the the total effective rate of control group which were treated by Jingfukang granule was86.6%, there were no significant difference between two groups (P>0.05).2, After treatment, the symptoms and function of the two groups were improved obviously, but looking from the comparison among groups, the changes of symptom scores had no significant difference (P>0.05), the changes of function scores had statistically significant (P<0.05).3, The hemorheology indexes after treatment between the two groups:erythrocyte sedimentation rate, improve the index of the two groups after treatment had significant difference (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in plasma viscosity, hematocrit (P>0.05) improve the index.4, After treatment of transcranial doppler (TCD) detected of two groups, the Vs, Vd values of VA and VB were increased, the Ri values was declined. Compared treatment group with control group, the inspection result has obvious statistical significance (P<0.05).5, Compared the symptoms of recurrent cases of two groups patients after treatment:the2,4months of follow-up groups were no significant difference(P>0.05) between two groups after treatment, and the results of follow-up two groups of6months had statistically difference(P<0.05).This results showed that:the long-term curative effect of consolidation treatment group was better than that in controlgroup.6, Observed the result of safety of two groups showed that both groups were did not have serious adverse reactions during the treatment.Conclusion:The clinical observation results show that:the use of " PingXuan Decoction " in the treatment of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis (phlegm and blood stasis syndrome) has curative effect, high safety, no toxic side effect, and its function, TCD index, Blood sedimentation improvation and the long-term curative effect were better than that of control group, which was an effective method worthy of promotion in clinical treatment for vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis.
