Clinical Observation On Acupuncture Point Injection Treatment Of Vertebral Artery Type Of Cervical Spondylosis With Self-Made Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective:Through the discussion and analysis of YiShen Decoction of Chinese traditional medicine combined with neck acupoint injection for treatment of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type mechanism,description of YiShen Decoction of Chinese traditional medicine combined with neck acupoint injection treatment of vertebral artery type of cervical disease advanced and practical.Methods:According to the standard of diagnosis of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type,60cases of patients with vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis was regarded as the object of observation,from the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine and Qiqihar City Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine outpatient department of orthopedics department of orthopedics clinic from standard and practical follow-up data.According to the randomized grouping method is divided into the treatment group and the control group of two groups,30patients in each group.Treatment group was treated with Yishen Decoction of Chinese traditional medicine combined with neck acupuncture point injection,and control group was treated with Jingfukang granules.Result:1、Efficiency of the Yishen Decoction of Chinese traditional medicine combined with acupoint injection was significantly better than Jingfukang group.2、After statistics processing,found that after treatment than before treatment were significantly different, about two groups of patients with vertigo, neck pain and headache (p<0.05).Prompt that all two groups can improve the treatment of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis vertigo, neck pain and headache.3、After statistics processing, there are obvious differences in the effect of the two groups after treatment (p<0.05),Prompt that the Yishen Decoction group were better than Jingfukang group in the corresponding symptoms.4、In the course of treatment the patients in two groups had no bad adverse phenomenon.Conclusion:The effect of Yishen Decoction of Chinese traditional medicine combined with clinical curative effect of Jiaji Point Injection in the treatment of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type is better than that of Jingfukang granule treatment.The effect of this method is reliable,low cost,high safety,and has broad application prospects.
