Clinical Research Of Self-made Traditional Chinese Medicine Combine With Acupuncture In The Treatment Of Cervical Spondylosis(The Phlegm-Resistance Type)

Purpose: Through the Self-made Traditional Chinese Medicine combine with acupuncture treatment of the Phlegm-Resistance Type of cervical spondylosis clinical research,for the treatment of the disease to provide an effective method of treatment.Self-made Traditional Chinese Medicine combine with acupuncture treatment to observe curative effect in the treatment of vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis,and carries on the clinical summary and curative effect analysis,To explore the correct application of this treatment in clinic.To provide a new treatment plan for orthopedic clinicians to treat patients with vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis in the future.Method: From Changchun University of Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital,60 cases of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis patients(The Phlegm-Resistance Type),according to the paired design self-control scheme,7 days are 1 treatment cycles,A total of 3 treatment cycles.Each of the patients before treatment,after 3 courses of treatment were detected by vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis symptoms score standard,observation of vertigo headache,neck arm pain,score changes.Data were analyzed by SPSS19.0 statistical analysis software.Result: 1.In 60 patients,after pressing "Self-made Traditional Chinese Medicine combine with acupuncture" treatment,15 cases were cured,effective 42 cases,invalid 3 cases,efficiency of 95.00%.2.Gender,age and Self-made Traditional Chinese Medicine combine with acupuncture treatment after 21 days of treatment efficacy relationship,by rank sum test,P>0.05,there was no difference in.3.21 days after treatment and before the treatment of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis symptoms integral comparison difference(P< 0.05).Conclusion: Vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis patients,after using the Self-made Traditional Chinese Medicine combine with acupuncture treatment can get good clinical curative effect and treatment for the purpose,and is worth further promotion.
