Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Vertebralartery Type Of Cervical Spondylosis By Acupuncture "Nape Seven Needles"

Objective:The treatment of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type of the research of acupuncture of "nape seven needle",through observed before and after treatment of cervical vertigo symptoms and functional assessment of patients with scores and changes in patients with left vertebral artery(LVA)and right vertebral artery(RVA)and basilar artery(BA)and average blood flow velocity,pulsatility index(MV),(PI)and resistance index(RI)changes.The clinical value of the seven items of evidence and the clinical symptoms and function of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis,vertebral artery,basilar artery blood flow,cerebral blood supply situation has improved.To explore the mechanism of acupuncture on "nape seven needle" in the treatment of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type.Method:90 cases of patients with cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type were selected from the Second Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of traditional Chinese medicine.The 90 patients were in the order of the hospital were randomly divided into acupuncture group(acupuncture),western medicine group and seven acupuncture group,30 cases in each group.The routine acupuncture group according to the ordinary higher education "in 11 th Five-Year" national planning textbook "acupuncture" in the "vertigo" treatment of acupoints prescription of acupoints,acupoints are the needle after the gas are used in reinforcing reducing techniques,for 30 min,the middle of a time line,1times a day,6 times for a course of treatment.The rest of the 1 day,and enter the next course of treatment,treatment for 2 weeks.A group of seven needle acupuncture Fengfu,Fengchi(bilateral),Tianzhu(bilateral),Wangu(bilateral),acupuncture time and treatment with routine acupuncture group.Western medicine group was given oral Betahistine Mesilate Tablets,1 tablets a time,3 times a day,treatment for 2 weeks.2weeks after the two groups were observed in patients with vertigo symptoms and functional assessment scores and changes of vertebral artery(LVA)in patients with leftand right vertebral artery(RVA)and basilar artery(BA)and average blood flow velocity(MV),pulsatility index(PI)and resistance index(RI)changes.Results:1.Comparison of the clinical efficacy of the three groups,the acupuncture group of the western medicine group and acupuncture group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);Acupuncture group and western medicine group,the difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05).2.There was significant difference between the three groups after treatment(P <0.05).Compared with the acupuncture group,the difference between the western medicine group and the acupuncture group was statistically significant(P <0.05).There was no significant difference between acupuncture group and western medicine group(P>0.05).3.To improve the acupuncture group,seven acupuncture group after treatment of patients with BA,LVA,RVA,the average blood flow velocity than before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);improve the western medicine group after treatment of patients with BA,LVA,RVA,the average blood flow velocity than before treatment,but the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05);seven the needle group were BA,LVA,RVA,the average blood flow velocity compared with western medicine group and acupuncture group increased more significantly,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);comparison between acupuncture group and Western medicine group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).4.The PI and RI of the three groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P <0.05);The difference of PI and RI between the acupuncture group and the western medicine group was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Results:Acupuncture therapy of "nape seven needle" can significantly improve the symptomsand function,and the clinical efficacy of patients,and can improve the patient’s BA,LVA,RVA mean blood flow velocity,can make PI,RI reduced,improve cerebral blood supply.The treatment of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type by acupuncture therapy of " nape seven needle " is accurate,economical and convenient,safe and reliable.
