Abstract/Summary:
Housing problem is a global problem, and also an everlasting problem. Housing has never been narrowly the housing market problem. "Community" is fundamental to people's lives, it is destined to solve the living problems of all social levels, rather than just meet the demand of the class who can afford it. In recent years, housing prices have risen significantly in China's big and medium cities, which is far beyond the bearing capacity of ordinary residents. "Expensive house, expensive education, expensive medicine fees" are called the new three people's livelihood, "and then the housing slaves" phenomenon appears, the residents' housing problem has become one of the prominent contradictions of the social life. In this background, the houses aimed at resolving the urban low-income families living problems emerged. At home and abroad, the research for social security housing mainly focuses on the development of the policy and the design in micro-level, but for social security houses, it is nearly neglected. The research takes Hangzhou's social security housing as an example, explains the basic concept thoroughly, and analyzes the locations of buildings intended for the medium and low income citizens all over the world and the Social Security housing's effects on Hangzhou. At last, I put forward the location of the Social Security housing as well as the relative regulations and recommendations.The papers were divided into six parts, the first part focus on the background and the significance of the topic, current low-income families' living area, and introduced the study methods and the main framework. The second part sums up the main theories related to the research. The third part investigates and researches the current situation and characteristics of the Hangzhou Social Security housing focusing on the current low-income families' living area in Hangzhou. The fourth part makes a brief summary of its features and a conclusion about the negative impact on Hangzhou .The fifth part focuses on many -related factors about the location of the houses. The sixth part puts forward the regulations and the plan proposals about improving the reasonable location of the social security housing as well as the papers' defects and further issues.
