Research On The Area Standards Of Housing Security Of Jiangsu Province

Residence as a basic livelihood issues of people, other social problems tend to be developed if not properly solve them, causing social disharmony. The main goal of housing security is"live to a house"in China, to realize the goal from reality, the primary problem is to determine the reasonable housing standards except the income standards of the housing security, to prevent inadequate and excessive protection from the design of system, to ensure the efficient allocation of resources. Therefore,in this paper,to solve these problem has strong practical significance around Jiangsu province that the direct guidance of housing security system construction, to promote the harmonious development of the whole society, safeguard the people's livelihood problems.This paper study the development trend of housing area standards at home and abroad through the analysis of the housing policy and housing related theory literature.Through to analysis data of china and Jiangsu province's economic and social development and population and family structure and size.On the basis of the analysis,the influence factors of development trend about housing area,trying to establish a set of housing area standard of Jiangsu province from existed various types area standards of housing construction.In the first of all,the introduction is about subject source,research background, purpose,significance,methods and technical route of the whole article.Secondly it is literature review and related theory.The literature review is present situation on the housing area standard,the adequate housing right,the housing demand,family life cycle,The related theory involves demographic theory,gradient consumption theory,demand hierarchy theory and welfare economics theory. The third chapter is the research of housing area for the domestic and international development trend through the change of economy and society, population,family size and structure.To summarized the change of the urban housing area at home and abroad through comparing and analyzing the foreign developed country(such as Singapore and Japan)and in China.In the foundation of the above research, to predict the housing area of Jiangsu province,and put forward guidance for housing area of Jiangsu province standard formulation principle:the minimum area standard of housing security based on the design standard,the dynamic area standard of housing security based on the family life cycle,the maximum area standard of housing security based on the income level. Then the study above three different areas of housing security on the basis of the formulation principle. The chapter 5 is to study of the housing area standards of Jiangsu province,in the results of three different dimensions, and carry on the empirical analysis,finally formed the housing area standards system in Jiangsu province. At the last,it is the conclusion and prospect.The conclusions of this paper is to list and summary,putting forward policy suggestions on housing area standards of Jiangsu province,looking the research insufficient in this article.
