The construction industry is very important to the development of China's national economy.In order to ensure the sustainable and healthy development of the construction industry,engineering construction enterprises not only need to grasp the national policies and market changes in time,optimize industrial institutions,reform and innovate technology,strengthen enterprise connotation construction,but also need to introduce scientific and effective management system mechanism which to improve the management level of construction project management and enterprise management.At the same time,with the development of economic globalization,it is inevitable that the quality,environment,occupational health and safety requirements of construction projects should be in line with international standards.Therefore,China has issued corresponding policies and standards to guide engineering construction enterprises to gradually implement and apply the international quality,environment,occupational health and safety management system.The integration of quality,environment,occupational health and safety management system is the development trend of management system.It is of great practical significance for engineering construction enterprises to integrate the quality,environment,occupational health and safety management system based on the existing resources,fully combined with the management system standards and construction project management requirements,scientifically,systematically and normatively carry out engineering construction,and promote the sustainable development of enterprises by improving enterprise management level and operation efficiency.First of all,this thesis analyzes the origin,current situation and development of construction project management,and summarizes the similarities and differences of “Quality management systems-Requirements(ISO9001:2015 IDT GB/T 19001-2016)”,“Code for quality management of engineering construction enterprises(GB/T 50430-2017)”,“Environmental management systems-Requirements with guidance for use(ISO14001:2015IDT GB/T 24001-2016)”,“Occupational health and safety management systems-Requirements with guidance for use(ISO45001:2018 IDT GB/T 45001-2020)”.It is concluded that the quality,environment,occupational health and safety management system and the construction project management have the same point in the quality,environment,occupational health and safety requirements.If the two requirements are fully combined and integrated with the specific business activities of the enterprise,the synergy can be fully played and the enterprise management level can be improved.Secondly,based on small and medium-sized construction enterprises,this thesis mainly focuses on small and medium-sized construction enterprises that have passed the quality,environment,occupational health and safety management system certification,supplemented by large enterprises.Through field research,reading the case enterprise information,consulting experts in relevant fields,issuing questionnaires and so on,this thesis uses a multi perspective way to understand the integration and practical application of enterprise management system,research and analysis This thesis analyzes the common problems in the application of the four standard integrated management system in the construction project management of small and medium-sized construction enterprises.The problems are summarized and classified,the causes are analyzed,and the solutions are formulated according to the management system and construction project management requirements,and puts forward that the enterprises should adopt the process method based on the PDCA cycle and risk thinking,and choose the appropriate way to improve the application level of the management system;track the improvement of the case enterprises and evaluate the effect In order to make the management system play its real role,it is proposed that enterprises should have plans,implementation,tracking,verification and continuous improvement.Finally,the conclusion is that small and medium-sized construction enterprises should base on their own actual situation,integrating the management system requirements with the construction project management,and combining with the specific business activities requirements of enterprises,which to make the four standards integrated management system widely and deeply applied in the construction project management and give full play to its maximum efficiency,improving the management level and promoting the sustainable development continuously.
